So the formation would look kind of like this (from the side):
WR
OT
OG
C Q
OG
OT
WR
WR
WR
WR

Something like that?

I don't care what the critics say, or what anyone else says, the Patriots are NOT going to have an easy game. The Cowboys level of self-esteem is very high after a stunning comeback victory to beat Buffalo. I can tell that the Cowboys want to win this game more than the Patriots do. I am confident that the Cowboys can pull it off.

Who's Tony Romo? I can only remember one quaterback player's name from this past Monday Night Football and that's Trent Edwards. He out-quaterbacked the quaterback from the Cowboy's team (whose name I forgot). Now that guy gets to face the Patriots.

Quick comment, anyone posting here who looks down on the Patriots for "violotating rules" needs to look at themselves first, everyone here has cheated or thought about cheating at some point in your lives, whether it was in school for a test, or in whatever other mean. So I think is very hypocritical to judge the Patriots when we can all relate individually with this thing. I think is time to cut off the same stuff about the Patriots cheating, people has grabbed to this event and do not want to let go because is the only thing anyone has on them, there's nothing else anyone here can judge them for.

Go Pats!

All right, best guesses as to which teams will finish the regular college football season division 1A undefeated. The current crowd includes: LSU, Cal, Arizona St., Ohio State, Boston College, Cinncinati, Conneticut, South Florida, Missouri, Kansas, and Hawaii.

As an aside, we typically have 0-3 teams undefeated at that point.

I don't know much at all about football. I saw an article today about pro coaches icing the kicker. What does that mean, and how is it done? I've never heard of that term before. Thanks!

The only really good teams are in the AFC east. Agree?

The Giants are 3-2, the Dolphins are 0-5, the Bears are 2-3, the Rams are 0-5 and the 1-4 Bills nearly beat them last week. That's a combined record of 6-19.

Would you agree or disagree that this week's game is more of a measuring stick for the Cowboys than it is for the Patriots?

I have heard all the excuses but none justify why we don't have a playoff system in NCAA Football. Here's my idea. Divide all the conferences up until you have 16 NCAA conferences. Take the Pac-10 for example. Say USC and Oregon finished with the two best records in the conference. They would go on to the Pac-10 Conference Championship game. The winner of that game would go to a 16-team playoff tournament. This would add 4 weeks onto the season. This can be resolved by cutting back the schedule of most teams. Some teams are playing 13, 14, and even 15 regular season games. I think the Conference Championships should be on Thanksgiving weekend. Imagine Christmas Day having the Final 4 of NCAA Football and New Years having the National Championship game the way it was intended to be! You can still have the bowl games and sponsers. You can even have other bowl games for teams that didn't make the tournament. Forever we would know if a team like Boise State is #1. Do you agree?

I'm talking about the Arkansas Razorbacks badly needing a win over Auburn if they want to keep Darren McFadden in the Heisman Trophy hunt. Even though my Hogs have the second-best rushing offense in the nation, I think Houston Nutt is coaching them right into the ground. Arkansas needs to D-Nutt the Hogs SOONER than LATER..

So can Arkansas win @ home, against an improving Auburn team?

This what I think but please corret me if am wrong.

If Alonso finishes 1st and Lewis 3rd (Alonso wins)
if Alonso finishes 2nd and Lewis 5th (Lewis wins)
if Alonso finishes 3rd and Lewis 7th (Lewis wins as long as Kimi does not 1st)
if Alonso finishes 4th and Lewis 8th (Lewis wins as long as Kimi does not 1st)
if Alonso finishes 5th and Lewis RET (Alonso wins as long as Kimi does not finish 1st or 2nd)

The current gap between Kimi and Lewis is 7 points the scenarios will play something like these
if Kimi goes 1st and Lewis finishes 6th (Kimi will win the championship as long Alonso finishes 3rd or worse)
If Kimi goes 2nd and Lewis finishes 8th (Lewis will win the championship as long Alonso finishes 5th or worse)

If a triple tie occurs Lewis Hamilton wins
