If you think about people who dont even care for football end up getting together and watching it. This is America's sport and they should recognize it as a national holiday and have no work or school the Monday after, so everyone can enjoy the parties and not have to worry about waking up early the next day. What do you think?

With millions sitting under the salary cap, why didn't we see more activity out of the Green Bay Packers in acquiring some serious talent? Brett Favre was ready to take a pay cut for Randy Moss, yet they let him slip away. Is there some ultimate plan in mind, or is Ted Thompson just nervous about getting someone with a built reputation?

A young team and an aging quarterback...How do you think they'll do? What changes do you think they should make from last year and the 3-11 season before it? Do you think Aaron Rodgers will get to play, or maybe even start (after Brett has beat the records, of course)?

There still seems to be a good number of Patriot fans out there. People without their *own* teams really seem to love a team that has the word "dynasty" attached to it. I just looked at their roster and depth chart and they seem to be getting old.

I've been reading questions like if Aikman, Namath or even Bradshaw would be in the Hall of Fame without the rings.

But what about the opposite situation? Boomer had one of the strongest arms, a master of the play action, kept the Bengals winning after Ken Anderson retired and barely lost a Super Bowl against the Comeback Kid Joe Montana. Legendary QBs Marino and Elway were not even that closed when they faced Montana in the Super Bowl.

As a member of the 80's All Decade Team (something that Hall of Famers like Marino, Aikman, Jim Kelly, Warren Moon, Steve Young didn't accomplish), an MVP trophy, 4 Pro Bowls and finishing in the top 5 in most passing categories at the time he retired...do you think Boomer would have made it to HOF with a championship ring?

I know and love hearing about Jackie Robinson and all the great things he did for African-Americans both as a player and person. However, I have heard of guiys like Marion Motley playing in the NFL, and I'm not sure of dates, but it looks like it may have been before Jackie. Is it true?
