Yeah he probably will; but he is in the John Lynch category of safety and not very many teams are looking for a big hitter like that to come in and play they are looking for a good cover man. If he does go don't be surprised if the team he goes to does what the Carolina Panthers did to Thomas Davis by converting him from a safety to a linebacker. He would have to put on some weight but can be equally effective because of his sure tackling ability and his toughness.

I think he will if he wants to play football...He's basically the leader of ND's defense...He also likes boxing...so, its hard to say for sure...Samardzija was more passionate about baseball than football...

No, i don't think he will. He is a great boxer & i heard that he is much more interested in pursuing that.
