I'm looking at alot of mock-draft (yes, people's opinions, but run w/me here) and many are thinking that the Vikes will take a WR (Johnson or Jarrett most likely) OR if a top QB drops that low --a QB. They just drafted T-Jack in hopes of him being a franchise QB ---has anyone with that designation ever been replaced that fast?

Also, I don't think he's going to fail this next year (please no comments like "he sucks, it was a mistake drafting him that high" etc --just constructive ones). IMO he was just a rookie put in a bad situation. They couldn't run (despite Taylor's decent #s) because the opp. D knew their passing sucked, and if you watched the Packers game you'd have seen Williamson was droping a SH!T load of passes ----a QB can get the ball there but the WR has to make the catch. I think taking another QB would be very premature. They need to heal their ailing WR core (Childress cut 2 of our best ones, so he needs to find us some more).

I dont know if I should admit this, since I live in Bear country (close to Chicago) but I am a Seahawks fan, have been ever since they joined the league in 1976......who do you pick to win the game? Chicago or Seattle?

Colts @ Ravens - I pick the Colts
Pats @ Chargers - Hoping for the Pats
Eagles @ Saints - good game, but think the Saints got this one
Seahawks @ Bears - we'll see if the Bears are the real thing

You remember that San Diego picked Manning and he whined and refuse to take the choice and cause the draft to go in a tailspin until the switch was made with the New York Giants. Russell is Al Davis type of guy big and strong QB not Brady Quinn but it will be a dog race between these two as ND press machine kicks in and LSU sputters. Write what you think?

I mean, what with the Janet fiasco, they seemed so 'appalled' for the measley split millionth of a second peep show, yet the cheerleaders are seen bouncing and bobbing in basically their underwear week after week, including the long panning shots from the photographer.
Does the NFL have ANY say or control???

All the sports announcers say in 2-3 years he'll be one of the best ever.

Side question: does anyone know what he wants to do if he wasn't playing football? Like if he got injured. What's his major?

If they can make the team, why not? And if so, should the team have to provide separate locker rooms? And if so, why? Does it matter how many women might be on the team? I mean, what do they think is going to happen in front of the press, the trainers, team owners, etc? Guys don't want women staring at their "package" and vice versa? I say, if you want to play with the guys and can qualify, let it all hang out. What's the big deal?

I love the Buckeyes... I also love Notre Dame.. its an equal thing. They are from 2 different confrences and very rarely play each other. HOWEVER... when they do, I cheer for both of them and could care less who wins. Everyone says that I am not a REAL fan for either team because I like them both.... what do you think?
