From within. They have two great guys there that want the job. I think the rest of the interviews are more of a show and just to make sure they aren't passing anything up.

Note to Cat this was the Steelers NOT the Cowboys. Although I would agree with you about the Cowboys, I don't see Johnson going back to that organization. Bad Blood there between him and Jerry Jones.

In house, you dont wanna replace a great coach like Cohwer with some the players dont already have a good relationship with, or they just wont listen

I am really a fan of what Whisenhunt has brought to the offense. I am not sure that Russ Grimm is better than him so I would say that I would like to see Whisenhunt get the chance to do it.
