Bill Bellicek will use the same game plan that he used against The Steelers when Big Ben was a rookie......He will stack the line of scrimmage in BOTH the 3-4 and 4-3 Defenses to stop the run and confuse Rivers, then force him to throw the ball, which you don't want to do with a QB with very little experience

NOTE: The NFL playoffs is a faster game than ANY regular season game, and EVERY play is magnified like a sample under an Electron Microscope

Coming from a hard core Patriots fan fan let me first start by saying the Pats aren't going to shut down LT but Im sure that they have a number of carries a number of yards and a number of points figured out that they have to keep him under to win one man does not win a football game in the playoffs and the chargers are going to discover this sunday he wont be shut down but it wont matter rivers is to inexperienced and makes mistakes against average teams now that its game time I think he's going to have a rough go at it if rivers can come out without the jitters and play 60 solid minutes the chargers may have a shot but experience and defense wins playoff games and the chargers have no experience, maybe next year

Good question- a lot of people point to the 41-17 hurting the Bolts put on the Patriots the year before, but let's remember the Pats DB's that day were Dexter Reid, Gus Scott, Je'rod Cherry, Randall Gay and Duane Starks! things haved changed. Maybe in a year or two Phillip. Not this year

Highly unlikely. The Patriots I should think are planning to make Rivers and his receivers win this game by taking L.T out of the equation. The outcome of this matchup will be determined probably by the success or faliure of this more than any other factor.

I think Phillip Rivers will do fine on Sunday but that doesn't mean they will win.

no..not at all..LT is the only reason rivers is good..he usually passes for 10-15 times a game only...if LT gets shut down...giants fans will realize why they traded so much to get eli

immediately, Aaron Rodgers is at factor truly above Rivers and that i trust this can be Aaron's step ahead year as he leads his Packers to the large Bowl eliminating all doubt of his status as between the Elite quarterbacks in the game.
