I don't know about anyone else, but I can't get over the whole "I don't want to play for the Chargers" thing when he was drafted. I thought he'd be alright because he's Peyton's bro and everybody likes Peyton, but Eli and his daddy threw a fit before the draft. I'm sure Peyton was even kicking himself in the nuts for being related to them.

My picks: Nobody is talking about the LOSER of the Ohio St vs. Michigan game as deserving a shot, since it would be a rematch (50 days later)... yet Texas, who already lost to Ohio State, was certainly in the hunt for a rematch with Ohio State. Even though everyone is keyed on 1-loss teams, the future 1-loss team has gotten virtually no mention.

Also, Arkansas isn't getting any press, but they are the ONLY team in the Top 10 to defeat TWO opponents who are both currently ranked AND ranked when they played. (Texas, Tenn, and BC also defeated two each, but they all have at least 2 losses.) Arkansas plays in the toughest conference in the country, and deserves to be

Rutgers should be a shoe-in if the beat WVU and finish 11-0... but they won't. They would join that list of teams beating two ranked opponents, and would have zero losses... but I'd bet the farm that they will not be given a chance, no matter what they do. They just don't have the history to go with the Cinderella seaso

The columnist and commentators for ESPN football SUCK! I mean really SUCK! Columnists that got picked last at school in P.E. like John Clayton, Hank Goldberg, Chris Mortensen, Tony Kornheiser and Chris Berman don't know what their talking about. And washed-up players turn commentators that are full of themselves Merril Hoge, Sean Salisbury, Joe Theismann and Steve Young all need to be gotten rid of. The only people that act as though there're having fun, know what their talking about and aren't about me, me, me is Tom Jackson and Michael Irvin. ESPN needs to clean house. What do you think?

enough with all that hype about how tough this confrence is. If there's ever a playoff, their overrated teams would be demolished by all the other confrence champions around the nation. The SEC fans should be thankful that there ain't a playoff right now.

don't even mention the props from sports illustrated mag cuz those fools also picked west virginia over louisville, projected Texas and boise state to be in the fiesta bowl and they have been picking the panthers to win the superbowl every year since 03.

Let us have a playoff then. So we all can see how overrated the SEC is.

Would it be exposed?

Portis should be out about 3 weeks, but looks like Redskins might hold him out for the season if they fall too behind with there record. Should I just drop him (he was my #1 stud for my fantasy team) and pick up Redskins RB Betts and finish the seaon with Betts?
