i would like to dribble the ball quicker, i know just dribbling as fast as i can helps, but i would like to know if there was any other way to just work on hand quickness,(like how you can work on foot quckness), it would also help me out with defense and steals

He really just doesn't seem to try that hard. He is slow to get back on D and after the game he not happy or excited to win or anything...no emotion.. He plays wit no emotion!!! Is he just buying his time til he gets to the league?

Bill Russell was 6'9...he played against some of the greatest
players and teams ( Lakers with West and Baylor )the NBA has ever seen...including a man who was the most dominant center ever! ( WILT )....In Russell's prime he was a 20ppg...20rpg...10bpg...6apg!.... NCAA champion..
gold medalist...and he won 11 NBA championships as the leader of his team....he won with and without great players..
They did'nt count block shot's or steals...now they do(because of him)
People who watched him play ......say thet in his prime from..... 60-68 he would have averaged 20ppg..24rpg..10blk..5stl..5as... that's sick!.....wan't a legacy?..read ...this..........................

When it gets down to the end of the game, one team is trailing and is forced to foul, they always run around trying to catch the player with the ball and foul them. Why? At that point in the game, the leading team is going to be in the bonus, so why not just foul anybody, regardless of whether they have the ball or not? They will go to the free throw line, which is what you want. Nothing says they have to have the ball. If it was me, I would just keep fouling the worst free throw shooter on the team.
