at the moment he is definitely the best player on the best team in the L. as an individual, hes game has grown and improved. he is scoring well, rebounding near 10 a game, and averaging over 50% FG and 90% FT.

should his team continue to play well and get the best record in the L, he will be the top candidate to win the award. however if his team struggles with the remaining games, and if Dirk continues to slip - like he did against Pho - then i think his claim on the award will slip.

should this happen, Nash will be a candidate - but will they let him win in 3 times in a row (i doubt it), Lebron, Kobe and Duncan are also candidates. however, an MVP is usually a player in a team near the top of the table in the L. and for that reason, Dirk has the nod to win the award

triumphing sixty seven video games in the widely used season is an spectacular accomplishment, yet that in basic terms will result to a value ticket for the playoffs. a real MVP (sorry dirk) isn't provided in keeping along with his overall performance previously the playoffs, it particularly is given to the final participant for the two the playoffs and the widely used season. Why else is it given halfway after the submit season? All previous MVP's from the previous 2 many years have lead their communities to the two the convention finals or the finals. apart from malone 'ninety 9 and duncan '02, yet they did be waiting to get to the 2d around. yet dirk nicely he did not even attempt to maintain his group on pastime 6.... because of the fact of this it particularly is a three peat for nash.

YES definatley because Kobe hasn't had a great season and Nash is losing it. Dirk has had an excellent season and has always been a great player. Nowitzki is going to be MVP this year. Count on it.

No the true MVP should go to the best player in the NBA, and that would be Kobe Bryant....by far.
