My son has developed tennis elbow caused by pitching a baseball. I have been told it is something in his mechanics. I am looking for something that will demonstrate the proper mechanics.
Thanks

I'm going on vacaction soon to New England. While there I'm going to see a Red Sox game. I don't like the Red Sox, just going there for Fenway.

I'm going to wear a Derek Jeter jersey and a Yankee hat. Do you think that's insane?

I think I'll probably get beer poured on me. What do you think?

Can some of you agree that this was inevitable. The game is now on under a microscope for the indescretions of top paid players. I don't think this will make baseball different, but if I was a ball player today and the future unknown to me, I would rather be remembered as a quality player than marred by making bad decisions regarding illegal substances.

he hit 30 homers, played a great hot corner, and almost single-handedly led the angels to the al west and almost got them to the world series. they would have gone if it weren't for a couple of fluke calls. if it weren't for him the angels wouldn't even have BEEN in the post-season. Come ON guys!

I can't imagine it's just old bats, because I'm sure they use new bats most of the time. Does it have to do with the way a batter is holding the bat or what type of pitch it was?
