My son has developed tennis elbow caused by pitching a baseball. I have been told it is something in his mechanics. I am looking for something that will demonstrate the proper mechanics.
Thanks

rather than look online for the "proper" technique (you will get 100 different opinions)..if you have the capability to do so, tape a MLB game...preferably one with a pitcher who has a lot of success. Then you can slow the tape down for what you need.

Also, look up information on Tom House. He was a former pitching coach & player, and is highly regarded as one of the better pitching guru's in the game.

Chances are, if he has Tennis Elbow, he is leading with his elbow when he throws (elbow comes before wrist). He needs to get on top of the baseball (fingers on top of ball) and let the arm lead first...not the elbow. Pitchers who "PUSH" the ball, tend to lead with their elbow first.

I checked it out in google video and found several slow motion video clips

Hope this helps, I agree the wrong mechanics can really mess a young kid up. Even older players that have bad mechanics like kerry wood end up only pitching for a few years if they don't get straightened out

Nolan Ryan: Had the most perfect delivery I have ever seen. I'm sure you can find tapes of Ryan and watch them in slow motion..
