Cub fans are the most dedicated loyal baseball fans ever...becasue there isnt such a thing as a far weather fan. I still dont know how the sox hats suddenly came into style last october, i had never seen that many before in my life. So a question to everyone who bleeds cubbie blue: What's the best part of being a cub fan and what keeps you hanging in there?

Ive just visited Boston to watch a boxing match and it seemed nearly every piece of sporting merchandise available in the city was a slur on the Yankees and i heard from one shop owner that it was exactly the same in New York. Im from England where we have similar rivalrys between football teams, i wondered if the rivalry was as intense as over here?

I think willie mays is the best player of all-time. Babe Ruth looked like a good hitter then cause nobody had great numbers like they do now. If Babe Ruth played today he wouldnt make it past AA ball. Also pitchers throw harder now and they are more talent. I think curt schilling was right when he said the Babe is the most overrated player of all-time. Babe Ruth played in an-all white era. Latino, black and asian players couldnt play then. Ruth is big cause he was popular with the media.
