There are only 3 this season, as listed above by another answer, down from a high of 7 in 2002. During that season, you had Baker with the Giants, Don Baylor in Chicago, Jerry Manuel with the Chisox, Hal McRae in Tampa, Robinson with the Expos, Jerry Royster with Milwaukee, and Lloyd McClendon in Pittsburgh.

It seems to be cyclical, so I wouldn't be surprised to see more blacks hired when the next wave of inevitable firings occurs.
