on saturday, at the Busch race, one of their track dryers caught fire. i thought that was cool. i went to a Nascar show at the Milwaukee Mile this past June 23rd, they had three of those dryers. those things are loud. they sound like a bunch of jets going by.

My pick is Jeff Gordon. Check out stats below: 1999-2007
WINS Jeff 37-----Tony 30
POLES Jeff 43----Tony 14
TOP 5's Jeff 125-----Tony 113
TOP 10's Jeff 181----Tony 180
DNF's Jeff 40-----Tony 31
The only stat that Tony has over Jeff is the DNF's
So how can Stewart fans say he is better than Gordon?
The stats are from when Tony started driving NASCAR until yesterday's race.

Has anyone saw the Mike Wallace Geico commerical at the go-kart track with the little boy who said he Mike 's 3rd cousin once removed. Who is the kid playing the little boy. I think those commericals are so funny.

To get caught speeding on pit road, make a pass thru, be a lap down for serveral laps, FINALLY get the lucky dog pass and work his way back up the field to get a top 10 finish.
That was awesome!
He's really a great driver for being in his 2nd year in Cup.

It would be worth giving Tony Stewart one more win if we could see him climb the fence, get tangled up and end up hanging upside down on the fence..So tangled that track officials have to rescue him from the fence.
It would be possibly the biggest blooper of all time for the biggest boob of all time.

During yet another advertisement: the drive around with the Dallenbach and Engvall, Dallenbach mentioned that this was the last race for Turner.

I haven't kept up with contract negotiations for the broadcasting, but does this mean that this will be the last race TNT carries forever, or is it just because this is the last race they are carrying for this year?

On a personal note TNT has totally turned me off to NASCAR. I can't wait for the ESPN broadcasts. I have a good feeling that they will produce it right and not make it into the ad-fest that TNT had made the NASCAR broadcasts unbearable to watch.

Suffering suckatash!!! Wendy Venturini just reported that Tony Stewert left his faucet on in his Motor Home and it over flooded the whole thing, and he blamed his 2 innocent kitty cats!!!!

He was caught inviting some of his crew over for a little BBQ later tonight! : O Poor wittle puddy tats!

Sorry Stewert fans I'm just razzing you a little! It warmed my heart just a tiny bit to know Tony has some kitties. I love cats and I'm glad to know he has a kind heart towards them.

As fans, we've seen just how "clear as mud" NA$CAR's rules can be. Especially since we can't run out and buy the rulebook like we can for every other sport that's out there. NA$CAR says we can't but it because of trade secrets that are in the rulebook. Anyways, if their contract rules are as "grey" and subject to interpretation as the car rules are, it's no wonder things are messed up with sponsors coming into the series or changing their brand names. But, there is an up side to this. NA$CAR will have to release some of their "trade secret" information and probably have to open their ledgers in order to prove their case. This could get very interesting indeed. It seems like every time NA$CAR is threatened with having to open its' books and expose some of their "trade secrets", they settle out of court.
