To get caught speeding on pit road, make a pass thru, be a lap down for serveral laps, FINALLY get the lucky dog pass and work his way back up the field to get a top 10 finish.
That was awesome!
He's really a great driver for being in his 2nd year in Cup.

Do you ever listen to him on the radio? He does not let things like that go for the duration of the races.

Last week at Daytona, when his ignition switch went caput, he would not let it rest! Even after he got it powered back up, an hour later he was still upset about it. His crew chief kept coming on the radio telling him it was okay and they'd get back up to the front. He kept insisting that he didn't accidently flip the switch like they thought he did, and during a caution flipped it again to prove he didn't do it. He also kept insisting that it was a cause of an adjustment made on a pit stop to the back rear of the car. They kept telling him that there were absolutely no wires back there that could effect the ignition switch. It took about three times of telling him this over the remaining course of the race to convince him of this. Cracked me up. Definitely made that race more entertaining.

Two weeks in a row he had an awesome car, got put in the back and STILL came back for a top 10 finish. If it had been just a little longer he would of had a solid top 5. Clint is SO close to winning his first race right now. Did you see the report they did on him with his dirt track for go cart races? They also said that he thought it was a joke the first time Richard Childress called to talk to him and he almost hung up the phone. I'm glad he didn't and I'll bet Richard is also.

Clint is on his way to a win soon.He is getting stronger each week and if not for a few bad breaks or being at the wrong place at the wrong time he would have had a win.

I'm so glad he came back and had a top 10 finish. I had picked him for my fantasy driver to finish in the top 10. He kicks butt!! He's the future of RCR. I see him being top dog at RCR one day. After he gets that first win, he's gonna really take off.
