I went here and watche the video of the Daytona 500 again:

Nascar spokesman, Ramsey Poston, issued a statement saying the caution did come out after Clint Boyer slid into the infield on his roof. So this indicates that there is "no rule" that the cuation does "not" come out on the last lap. Obviously, it's suppose to. The Caution also doesn't come out on my playstation races. Obviously, it's suppose to. So what the heck are the rules? Why are they one way, one day, for some drivers and another way, another day, for other drivers? Some of you may hate me because I'm a Jeff Gordon fan, but I think you would agree with me that NASCAR needs to shape up their crap and apply rules to everyone and not just some drivers.

McLaren have always outpaced Ferrari in pre-season testing, both in Europe and Asia. Sources also convey that McLaren is faster than Ferrari by atleast 0.4 sec.
Is it a cause of worry?
Why has Ferrari grown so slow, and the team which couldn't win a single race in 2006, is so fast in 2007?
Who will win the world championship?

No trash pls

Being an F1 fan I thought the Busch series is a feeder series for Nextel cup. Is'nt it just taking away a chance for a younger driver to work his or her way up to Nextel. And for the Nextel drivers competing in Busch it seems to me there focus really is'nt on winning a Nextel championship because how much data can one get racing a car a 100 or so bhp less. You don't see F1 drivers jumping back into GP2 there track data would be of no real use.

I kind of lost interest in NASCAR when they began messing with the bodies and making all cars fit the same templates. And I'm sure when they go to this "world car" thing I will lose interest totally. I'm a "run what ya brung" type of guy. Let the car makers design the cars and the best man wins. That being said...I didn't think Toyota would use something as antiquated as a push rod V-8 since it's a pretty high tech company. I watched the Daytona 500 and heard the announcer mention that one team was using Hendrick motors. I thought Hendrick only did Chevy motors. I also thought the car motor had to match the car make...i.e. Ford motor in a Ford...Chevy motor in a Chevy...etc. So what gives? What make of engine are the Toyotas running?

With hopes of winning? I know in NASCAR you go first to local tracks and if you do well then then you do tour series and such...many of the great racers started when they were like 10 or 11. What is the oldest that anyone good ever did?

The Daytona 500 completely turned me off to the sport. They make a big deal about cheating, which is a good thing... but Nascar turns around cheats as well. They didn’t throw the yellow and freeze the field like there suppose to which is said in the rulebook. It would be like in football, throwing a penalty flag and charging the team with a 20-yard penalty... you just cant do that.

Do you think what they did was right? Because as far as I know they made a rule saying that once there is a wreck you throw the yellow and freeze the field so that cars don’t race to the line.

I miss the old days of Nascar--the days of the Winston Cup.

According to some websites that have texture files for download, there is a file in the main Nascar Heat folder named, Drivers.txt. And this file is what you need to use if you want to change around the picture used for the car. There is no Drivers.txt file in the Nascar Heat folder, but the game runs perfectly fine.
