I want to learn kung fu but the only places I can find teach 7 star praying mantis, mu dong, wing chun, and wushu. Which one would you prefer? What are the differences? If you know of another kung fu place in Rochester, New york tell me.

God is a huge football fan but I think he is very embarrassed by the unwaranted and undeserved BCS bowl bid Notre Dame gets every year! He believes Notre Dame should have played in the Hawaii Bowl against Hawaii. He wanted to see that match up because he seriously figured Colt Brennan of Hawaii could have thrown for 1000 yards and 12 TDs against Notre Dame's SEIVE defense!

And what level do you compete at, if you compete?

Just wondering what level everyone is in USFSA (basic skills/learn to skate or pre-preliminary, preliminary, prejuvenile, juvenile, imtermediate, novice, junior, senior)in Singles(moves and freeskate), Pairs, or Ice Dance or ISI or something else like if you
live in a different country and skate.

I'm in USFSA level juvenile moves and juvenile freeskate so I compete in Open Juvenile

I think this pretty much tells us that Notre Dame is horribly overated EVERY year! 8 bowl losses in a row. . yes that is EIGHT bowl losses in a row!!!! Maybe it's time the pollsters pull the green blanket of 1940's history off their eyes and start treating Notre Dame like the mediocre program they are. Actually. . less than mediocre since they have every advantage in the world. . including their own TV contract and still they suck! Can you believe they were actually ranke #2 at one point this season???!!! Is that an absolute joke or what????? Oh well. . . at least in less than a week after LSU Piss Pounds them into oblivion we won't have to hear about Notre Dame until next September. . . No doubt they are already ranked #7 for next year and have already accepted a bid to another unwaranted BCS bowl. Shame. . Shame. . . Shame. . . . .

Im 6ft 3 (192cms) and am fairly solid, i was wondering what would be the best fighting style suited to me for self defence mainly.

Im going to join up at the local boxing club and do some boxing and maybe kickboxing, but i wouldent mind learning a martial art what would you reccommend best suited for me? keep in mind im not very agile.
