I think this pretty much tells us that Notre Dame is horribly overated EVERY year! 8 bowl losses in a row. . yes that is EIGHT bowl losses in a row!!!! Maybe it's time the pollsters pull the green blanket of 1940's history off their eyes and start treating Notre Dame like the mediocre program they are. Actually. . less than mediocre since they have every advantage in the world. . including their own TV contract and still they suck! Can you believe they were actually ranke #2 at one point this season???!!! Is that an absolute joke or what????? Oh well. . . at least in less than a week after LSU Piss Pounds them into oblivion we won't have to hear about Notre Dame until next September. . . No doubt they are already ranked #7 for next year and have already accepted a bid to another unwaranted BCS bowl. Shame. . Shame. . . Shame. . . . .

I keep ripping on Notre Dame just to see blind homers like crayboy go ballistic!!! Don't shoot the messenger crybaby. . notre dame bites the big one. . . also. . . I have no "Blindly Favorite team as yourself" I just like to watch good football. . . last years Championship was awesome and I am neither a Texas or USC fan. . .it was just nice to see the two BEST teams play. . . and a great game at that!!!

By the way crybaby. . . I have more friends than I know what to do with. . . it is hard to have to tell people no as they always want me to do stuff with them. Fortunately I own my own business and have plenty of time to spend with friends and family. In fact . . we will all be together next wednesday night watching your beloved Notre Dame Wussy Irish getting their butts kicked by LSU!!!

That their regular season schedules are too soft to prepare them for high caliber bowl teams. I mean, playing teams like Army, Navy, Air Force, North Carolina, Stanford, that doesn't prepare them to compete with bowl teams.
Solution? Join a BCS conference, Big 10, Big East.

Holdon for a second, Notre Dame before the season started looked like a good number 2 seat. Don't you remember that Notre Dame came down to just about oh 7 seconds of beating USC last year. By the way USC was in the national championship last year. As a Notre Dame fan, I'd like us not to get a BCS bowl at times because I'd like to see us face a team we can beat. I see where you are coming from, but lets face it. BCS bowls are about making money. Notre Dame will almost gurantee a sold out stadium anywhere they go in the country, hence them getting a BCS bowl. I highly doubt next year Notre Dame will be in the top 25. They will be lucky to get a 6 or 7 win season.
Also Notre Dame has had more success then the 1940s. Some guy by the name of Lou Holtz won the national championship in 1988. Notre Dame before has had some slow parts in history, but they'll be back.

lol they have tied the record with 8 and will set the Ncaa record with this one. Oh and to the person who said that ND has the most national championships, thats not true. Alabama does thought most of them dont get counted. Also, almost all of ND's championships are void because they refused to play in bowl games for many years. They were handed several national championships just for finishing the season undefeated and since they have never been in a conference, they scheduled easy opponents and then refused to play in a bowl game and retained their rank to get a championship. Get the straight facts before you make that statement.

all of your "questions" always have to do with how ND is overrated! you are more annoying than Terrell Owens, Chad Johnson and Rasheed Wallace combined. we all know your upset cause your team didn't get to the championship game. i bet you have no friends in the real world and are as stupid as a rock. stop being jealous because your team doesnt have national tv networks. so ND has had a couple rough seasons? you know we'll bounce back because wait what....? o ya we have the most national championships in NCAA history. big old charlie will lead us to the promise land soon.

Notre Dame's football might be a fraud, but 7 out of 10 undergrads get admitted to MIT graduate school (that might be a fraud too...$$$) Oh! but we are talking about football, right? Yeah! they are a overated. But I think LSU is overated too; as well as all the SEC teams.
