God is a huge football fan but I think he is very embarrassed by the unwaranted and undeserved BCS bowl bid Notre Dame gets every year! He believes Notre Dame should have played in the Hawaii Bowl against Hawaii. He wanted to see that match up because he seriously figured Colt Brennan of Hawaii could have thrown for 1000 yards and 12 TDs against Notre Dame's SEIVE defense!

In order to answer this question one would first have to believe that God is truly an existing entity...I say no. And on top of that he would have to also believe that God truly had so little to do that he could spend every saturday watching ND football...I say not likely. However, I would like to argue that the voters opinion of ND is opposite what you state. Yeah maybe they shouldnt have gotten a BCS Bowl bid, however, at midseason the votes were definetely not in their favor, as teams ranked higher than them were losing to unranked teams (i.e. USC vs OSU), and the only Irish blemish was to the No 2 ranked team. However, despite that fact, ND was continually ranked below USC among a few other underachievers. While I do agree that it all worked itself out when we got stomped by SC, too often the voters look at the previous year(s) as a representation of "body of work". I also believe that Brennan would have only thrown for 998 yards and 9 TDs....whats that...gotta go, GOD just IM'd me. Go Irish!!!

If you are mentioning God as in "The Almighty Above" in the religious aspect,...I'm sure you know, if you are a Christian, That he has a plan for everything that has taken place and is not embarrassed a bit but has a reason for each and every move that was played.God Bless You and try not to worry about it so much....Maybe there are storms ahead for Hawaii/Who knows?Only God.
