I'll go first. Mine did not. In fact, when I was old enough to stay home alone (around 8?), church attendance was optional.

In college I told them I rejected religion generally, and there was no adverse reaction.

You?

I mean as not the Mother of "God the Father" (she can't be), but the mother of "God the Son" (Jesus). And isn't the Son still God? He is, according to the bible.

So do you call her or agree that she is Mother of "God The Son"? NOT THE FATHER.

I'm not a Protestant or a Catholic.

Bible study, teen group, Sunday School...if you CURRENTLY teach a teenage Church class do your teens for the most part, give your that blank stare of uninterest or do they all just jump for joy and are overly excited about studying Gods word? What are your experiences in this area?

especially, considering when Jesus returns he will abolish the "religion" and return mankind to the true worship of his father the ever living God.

End time prophecy:

Men would be lovers of themselves (2 Timothy 3:1-2). This generation, like no other, regards self above all else. Self-love, self-esteem, self-reliance, self-gratification, are encouraged by the media, schools, psychologists, etc. In contrast, Jesus taught self-denial. Even many churches today preach a feel good about yourself message.

Youth would become increasingly rebellious (2 Timothy 3:2-3; Mark 13:12). No comment necessary.

Humanity would become increasingly materialistic and lovers of pleasure (2 Timothy 3:1-5). No generation in history has had so many means to entertain and arouse the senses. Every imaginable hedonistic pleasure is available and has become big business.

Wondering what former judge Roy Moore from Alabama (who was sued by the ACLU for refusing to remove the 10 Commandments from his courtroom wall and who was subsequently removed from the bench) is doing?

He preaches and writes inspirational poetry (see it in the 'additional comments').
