Affirmation and agreement. They want it taught that there is nothing wrong with their lifestyle no matter what anyone believes. They want kids taught in school it is a valid choice. They want to silence anyone who would dare call it a sin.

Tolerance does not mean indifference or an affection or fondness towards something. Simply put, tolerance means you don't like it but you will just let it be rather than try to stop it, affect it, criticize or put it down.

I think the activists desire agreement; though tolerance is desirable when full agreement and affirmation by everyone is impossible.

Since they are not giving a tour of their life style (Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles, the Queen Mary, the Bath Houses of San Francisco, the places where 13 year olds go to dance with each other) they are seeking affirmation.

If straight people were to witness the real, public gay world, there would not be as much tolerance. Ignornace is bliss. Affirmation=Ignorance.

properly, i don't ask questions like that so i won't be in a position to respond to that question. you're conscious that, logically, evolution is ridiculously impossible? What i ask your self is, "Why do not any of those evolution followers ever clarify how in the worldwide a cellular 'makes a decision' to do something different than reflect itself properly?" in certainty, that technique is in many cases stated as, "maximum cancers" and it KILLS the host organism. heavily, we've all varieties of universal "this mutated into this, which in turn mutated into this" junk floating around yet has absolutely everyone ever spoke of an organism evolving? not genetic decision, now, it incredibly is not what i'm speaking approximately. specific, if in hassle-free terms tall human beings get married and characteristic little ones, populations gets taller. yet clarify to me at what identifiable element cells commence changing on their own and species "grow to be new species." At what element does the little legless organism's DNA choose, "i think of we are going to strengthen some nubs on the instant. waiting adult adult males? ok. MUTATE!" How approximately, "ask your self twin powers, activate?? variety of ______ shape of ______" i'm for sure not a scientist. yet i'm asking a severe question. teach me how this works on a cellular point and teach me the duplication outcomes. Then i'm going to be keen to contemplate this "theory" as a potential theory.

Do you think gay activists all seek the exact same thing?

And what exactly is "their lifestyle?"

I think some of them have a certain "lifestyle," while others have a different one. Some seek one thing, others seek a slightly different version.

As gay Americans, most of us don't think that heterosexuals should have special rights based on whom they have sex with. Rights and benefits such as marriage, adoption, serving in the military or including a partner on one's health insurance should not be based on the sex of your bed partner.

Instead, we feel that if we pay the same taxes as heterosexuals, we should have the same rights, benefits and privileges as heterosexuals. If this is not to be the case, then we should receive Federal and State Tax Credits for each right, benefit and privilege we are not given.

Earl D: The bath houses in San Francisco were closed in the 1980's. And please show us where 13-year-olds dance together besides kids at a school dance. Please get your facts straight instead of parroting anti-gay disinformation.

gay people are simply seeking equal rights to all other humans on the planet... this world is not just for christians and their narrow view of what humans are .... there are bigger things on this earth than christians and their churches... and it's about time everyone was treated equally and fairly....

I think mostly what they want is tolerance. People sit and judge people over the way they live.. Why does anyone else care how someone else lives if it isn't hurting anyone.
