For example:
What if you listened to a song, only sung once, and never heard again. The only way that you "hear" the song is from memory. And then you die....

The fact that the song "existed" is strange. A million years from now, that song is possible, but not probable, but yet it exists. It doesn't occupy space, or have any matter.

Here's another example, but maybe more feasible: A math formula, or a plot for a story, that never left a person's mind (100 years ago). It actually existed, but no way of proving it or even knowing about it.

Weird eh?

I understand he had two bracelets and some rings. Did he leave them with Maggie or somebody, or does he still have them in Heaven?

No afterlife means oblivion which means you would not be conscious of the nothingness. I don't see what's so bad about this (I would imagine I was in oblivion before I was born). Also, does it bother you that you have to be judged after death and sent to another place? I mean, when I die, why can't I just be left to rot in peace?

Was it the Victorian age? Rampant prostitution and disease because of sexual repression, how lovely.
Or was it the fifties? Where secrecy and shame was key. Everyone smoked like chimneys and drank like fish and popped pills,
no child molester was ever prosecuted, because the children were "making it up". And pulp fiction comics depicting rape and murder was acceptable. And in the south you could drink from a "whites only" water fountain?

Has there been a shift of declining moral standards throughout the years? Take a look at the movies and television everything around us seems to be declining in moral standards and quality.
Even within the church structure itself I'm seeing a shift where the church is becoming more worldly. In many churches the focus is no longer on scriptural truth.

Or is it just my imagination and have things been the same for centuries?

Kent E. Hovind (born January 15, 1953) is an American evangelist and prominent Young Earth creationist who is serving a ten year term in U.S. federal prison for tax fraud. The self-styled "Dr. Dino" (whose Ph.D, from an unaccredited university, is in Christian education) established the Creation Science Evangelism Ministry in 1989.

On November 2, 2006, Hovind was found guilty by a jury in a Pensacola, Florida federal court of fifty-eight federal tax and tax-related offenses; his wife, Jo, was also convicted on 44 counts. On January 19, 2007, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison, three years of probation after his sentence is served, and $640,000 in restitution.

Kent Hovind has been in trouble with law enforcement several times. These have included assault and battery, falsely declaring bankruptcy, making threats against federal officials, filing false complaints, failing to get necessary building permits, and various tax-related charges.
