That is a pipe dream, but post-millenialists quote this one.
And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. -Matthew 24:14
But that is a misinterpretation of that verse. There will never be peace for Christians because the world hates them.
If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. -John 15:19

Psalm 46:8, 9 "Come, YOU people, behold the activities of Jehovah, How he has set astonishing events on the earth.
He is making wars to cease to the extremity of the earth.
The bow he breaks apart and does cut the spear in pieces;
The wagons he burns in the fire."
Isaiah 9:6, 76 "For there has been a child born to us, there has been a son given to us; and the princely rule will come to be upon his shoulder. And his name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. To the abundance of the princely rule and to peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and upon his kingdom in order to establish it firmly and to sustain it by means of justice and by means of righteousness, from now on and to time indefinite. The very zeal of Jehovah of armies will do this."

1 Thessalonians 5:3 "For when they say, 'Peace and safety!' then sudden destructioncomes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape."
In other words, we will not have world peace until Christ comes bqack and establishes a new Heaven and a new Earth.

I am not a bible student at all, but even I know there can never be world peace, because everyone is unique and will never see eye to eye on anything, especially religion, because that has been the cause of wars for thousands of years.

The ones about Jesus ruling and reigning, with a rod of iron. Also in Revelation, when it talks about the leaves on the trees in the New Jerusalem, that they are for the "healing of the nations".

Why would anybody quote "Revelation" (yes, it's "Revelation", without an "s")? According to Revelation, billions of people will be cast into Hell, plagues and famines will be unleashed upon the earth, and a whole plethora of other absurdities. Does this sound peaceful?
