Does anyone there have an interest in the supernatural (vampires, witches, werewolves, demons, etc)? If so, would you be interested in trying to prove or disprove their existence?

Im not Catholic or very religious, but I heard Holy Water mentioned on the radio this morning in a very, kind of sacred way. Ie..."dont take the Holy Water." Or..."you cant drink the Holy Water." Just wondering what is it and why its significant.

I think that Christian families ought to raise up big families for Christ. How many do you have/want?

Please explain, if you are Jewish, Christian, Muslim, etc...

Why do you believe in whatever it is you believe in, honestly???

Let me point out to you right now, that everybody is atheist, including you. I go one god further. Why don't you believe in gods like Zeus, Apollo, or Thor? Because they are fairy tales with a complete lack of evidence! But they still have that weak evidence of ancient scripture. Oh! The Bible is a historical proof? No it is not proof, it is more accurately historical faith. God obviously doesn't show any proof, or you would know it.

I see no reason to believe in any religion, there was never a god that came to me personally and told me what to do, just man-made books written thousands of years ago. Faith is a virus, and once you figure out that reason is the answer, the world will be free of 9/11, crusading, crucifying, witch-hunting, war starting religious evil.

Atheism is not evil, it is only the virus of faith telling you it is.

Doctrine A: If someone or some group of people attacks you in whatever way, you should attack back and kill them all.

Doctrine B: If someone slaps you on your left cheek, you should turn to your right cheek and left him/her slap it too. That is even if you are attacked, you should not retaliate with violence.

I drove by my town and saw an Olive Garden being built. Surely, a benevolent FSM (pasta be unto him) would never allow something as horrible as an Olive Garden. Why, then, oh Why???

Personally, I despise hypocrisy largely because I would hate myself more than anything if I was a hypocrite, and I'm sure I am in more ways than one.

Not just Elijah called fire down. So did Moses, David, and
Solomon. Where? I think Solomon is mentioned in one of the
Chronicles.

God says He will heal Egypt in the latter days?

It says Melchisadek, the High Priest was some spirit that came to
Earth and took human form or something. Says he had no
lineage, parents and family. Is it in Hebrews?

I received this answer yesterday to a question about the age of the earth.

I looked up Tianic and Tianice and found nothing in English.

"The earth is 4'5 billion years old.
Man has been on earth for 60,000 years
This was all written in the Tianic texts.
I am Tianice. I am not a creationist.
If a faith far older than Christianity can accept it.
Why cant a 2000 year old religion?"

Just as English speaking Canada uses the New Revised Standard Version on the Bible and the US uses The New American Version, I was wondering what they use in Quebec. I am going to assume it some version of La Bible de Jerusalem. Any particular edition though? I am studying French so I would like to have a catholic bible to study from. Thanks!
