Be fruitful and multiply?

I want to have six kids, actually *gasp*

(That was my wife gasping)

I think that Christian families ought to raise up big families for Christ. How many do you have/want?

I know of a Christian family that is expecting their tenth child soon!! They are all very well behaved and cheerful I might add.

We only have one, lost two before we could hold them.

Go for it.

twist of fate. Many households will decide for letter matters in keeping with their final call. What grew to become into the final call of the J family individuals? The Duggar family individuals isn't regular of something. LOL Bible names may well be uncomplicated possibilities for Christian names, yet observe many don't initiate with J (Ruth, as an occasion).

To me it don't matter how many they have I have a brother-in-law and sister-in-law that have 4 kids and they are Christians and go to church every chance they get and they also home teach their kids they are good kids but also like to fight over the same things. i think the more you have the harder it is on the first one and every child after that for attention, that's what I get out of them because they are to involved in their social world. Just as long as you have the money and the room and teach them right from wrong.

Why should only Christian families have lots of kids? Are they more worthy than non christians? Are the rest of the religions polluting the earth by multiplying? In case they forgot to teach you this in church, we are ALL God's children. And He loves us all equally. And nobody or group of people is better in God's eyes than the next!

I think that you should have as many children as you can provide a good life for. If you cannot provide a wonderful future and nurturing family life then you should not have them.

My husband and i have been trying to concieve for 3 years and now the older that I get (i'm only 24) I relize that God will put children in my life when he feels we are ready to care for them in every way we need to.

Wrong Buddy!! Think of the world's ever growing population and the consequences that result from over population. Support ZPG (zero population growth.)

I have two. I am not going to have any more. My husband and I want to be able to raise them and not have them get so lost in the world. I personally think that it is up to the parents to decide how many "if any at all" they should have.

The number of children must be decided prudently in consideration of situation in life. But, one should always be open to receiving a gift from God. Six is not a whole lot, if you think you'll have the resources to raise them. I know good Christian families with only one child because that is all they could have. I know some with at least a dozen. It is a decision to be prayerfully considered.

Many kids is a good thing, but if you are going to teach your kids to judge every other religion and push only yours down on everyone, then no, I think you shouldn't have any, no offense, but I have never seen more judging people than the ones that study the religion that tells them NOT TO JUDGE OTHERS OR THEY WILL BE JUDGED, if you can teach your kids to respect others beliefs then yes, if you can't accept others beliefs then no

I don't think people should have alot of kids, no matter what their religion is. Two is enough, trust me. Personally I just want one, and I would rather adopt than have a kid of my own.
