Probably not, but birth control does. It's safe (FDA approved), gets rid of acne, and helps alleviate pain from cramps. When I went on it, I went up a full cup size. My friends all had similar experiences.

Doubtful. If anything they may have estrogen in them tha will temporaily cause your breast to swell as wel as becoming very sore.

They've made a lot of money for someone, if that's what you mean by work, then yea they work.
Otherwise no, there is no clinical evidence to suggest they work.
