If the Adam is the first human then he should be created like us at very early stages, as he was prophet, and must be civilized. As I know he is created probably 4000 BC. But at that time the uncivilized human lived. With traditional knowledge, all human created from him.
So is he really the first human ? or the first prophet ? Moreover Prophet must have his followers, isn't it ? If he was first human and prophet, who were his followers ?

Since man was made in the image of God, then following logically we can assume that the other living things on earth; plants and animals, were made in the image of angels... and that earth itself was made in the image of heaven. Has anyone else ever followed that logical progression?

There are a lot of mediums and psychics who can communicate with the dead, but has anyone asked the question "what is it like to be dead?"?? I just think this is such an easy way of exploring the other-side by talking to someone who's over there. Unfortunately I wasn't able to locate such a case on the internet.

Please do not say "that people misunderstand it", or "There is nothing I do not like about my religion". If this is what you want to say then don't answer. I am asking for people to actually acknowledge ONE thing that bothers them about their religion of choice.

I will go first: As an atheist, I do not like feeling that life is unfair and there is no judgement after you die

Many of the wars, injustices, and general wrong doings in society - right back from the beginning of time are because of religion. what if we all just accepted that we evolved, there is/are no god(s) and just be happy and get along.
People are blowing them selves up and killing innocent people because their religion says they'll go to heaven if they do. If we do away with religion then we won't have anything to fight about - right?

Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye. (Matthew 7:5)

Charles Darwin recounted in his biography of his grandfather Erasmus Darwin how false stories were circulated claiming that Erasmus had called for Jesus on his deathbed. Charles concluded by writing "Such was the state of Christian feeling in this country [in 1802].... We may at least hope that nothing of the kind now prevails." Despite this hope, very similar stories were circulated following Darwin's own death, most prominently the "Lady Hope Story", published in 1915 which claimed he had converted on his sickbed.Such stories have been propagated by some Christian groups, to the extent of becoming urban legends, though the claims were refuted by Darwin's children and have been dismissed as false by historians. His daughter, Henrietta, who was at his deathbed, said that he did not convert to Christianity. His last words were, in fact, directed at Emma: "Remember what a good wife you have been."

Is the best ammo creationist's can come up with to discredit Darwin an urban legend?

But i get really nervous when hanging around with devout christians, im scared if do something they dont really like, they will chatatised me. Also i really extremely awkard when they recite scripture or religious passages. Is there something wrong me or do other people feel the same as i do.

I try to spell your religion's name correctly, should I even trouble myself to do this? Why don't you learn how to spell mine?

Simple

MUSLIMS: not Moslems, not Musolines....
Qur'an: Not Curan, not Korean
Muhammed: not Mohamid

Whatever happened to being polite?

Thanks,
Muslimah

Men are abused?
Women are abused!
How do you define who is responsible? The abused or the abuser?

The Bible says...."you shall know them by their fruits"? (something like that).

Please do not tell me vague and ambigous statement of other people. You are requested to answer if you have clear statement. O Christians, bring any CLEAR verse of bible if you are truthful.Or make such arrangements in next version/edition of bible.

I dont take being called closed minded as an insult. I know the truth, why open myself to attack?

Satan attacks our minds, where Jesus works on our hearts. I'm keeping my mind SHUT and my heart OPEN!

Jesus said "Open your eyes and your heart....not your mind" I feel He said this so we would find Him, not all the junk of the world. Nor the tricks of Satan. Satan can only get to our minds, not our heart. An open mind may find alot of great information, many theories, many wonderful conversations. An open heart will find Jesus.

So is your heart open....or your mind?

Blessings
David
