"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him". John 14:6-7. Jesus never throughout His life on earth deny his equality with God on earth. Thats why the jews wanted to kill him, because they felt he equated himself to God. Read John 10:33.

1. Jesus accepted the worship of others. If He had been just a prophet, He never would have done this.
2. Jesus pointed to Himself as God many times in scripture:
John 8:58 and others. That's why the Jews wanted to stone Him.
3. Jesus declared Himself to have "all power in heaven and earth" Matthew 28:18. ALL power - sounds like God to me.

god bless!!

The Claims of Jesus About Himself
48The Jews answered him, "Aren't we right in saying that you are a Samaritan and demon-possessed?"

49"I am not possessed by a demon," said Jesus, "but I honor my Father and you dishonor me. 50I am not seeking glory for myself; but there is one who seeks it, and he is the judge. 51I tell you the truth, if anyone keeps my word, he will never see death."

52At this the Jews exclaimed, "Now we know that you are demon-possessed! Abraham died and so did the prophets, yet you say that if anyone keeps your word, he will never taste death. 53Are you greater than our father Abraham? He died, and so did the prophets. Who do you think you are?"

54Jesus replied, "If I glorify myself, my glory means nothing. My Father, whom you claim as your God, is the one who glorifies me. 55Though you do not know him, I know him. If I said I did not, I would be a liar like you, but I do know him and keep his word. 56Your father Abraham rejoiced at the thought of seeing my day; he saw it and was glad."

57"You are not yet fifty years old," the Jews said to him, "and you have seen Abraham!"

58"I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!" 59At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds.

28Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother[f] or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life. 30But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first.

Whose Son Is the Christ
41While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, 42"What do you think about the Christ[d]? Whose son is he?"
"The son of David," they replied.

43He said to them, "How is it then that David, speaking by the Spirit, calls him 'Lord'? For he says,
44" 'The Lord said to my Lord:
"Sit at my right hand
until I put your enemies
under your feet." '[e] 45If then David calls him 'Lord,' how can he be his son?" 46No one could say a word in reply, and from that day on no one dared to ask him any more questions.

As a christian i believe in One God
we worship One God
muslims think that we worship three Gods and that is wrong
There is no God only God
and this God = Father + Son + Holy Spirit, this is how we identify God. This is not 3 Gods One God.

Well, it's kinda silly to write it all in English, since who knows, maybe the meaning of the word we translate to read "One," (as in "the lord and i are one) means "one in purpose" not "one in a magical/physical sense."

I don't know Aramaic, though, so I guess I can't be much of a help.
