while not saying anything to the heterosexual who is not married and fornicating?

I know not everyone is like that, but it seems that some of us really preach against homosexuals but say nothing to the straight fornicator.

My bible tells me that both sins are equally evil in the eyes of God. Along with lying, cheating, stealing, murder, etc. (James 2:10-11)
So why do some of us hold one sin more evil than the other?
Are we being prejudiced to certain sins while tolerating a degree of others?

not to be taken litteraly as it suits them, why is it incorrect to say the entire thing is fiction and just dismiss it withour consequense? In other words, who gets to choose which parts HAVE to be followed and which parts don't have to be? And don't tell me Jesus or God - they aren't here.

Bill Gates, the inventor of Windows, denies god.

He endorses not wasting your time with prayer or worship.

He even works on Sunday!

Everytime you boot up your Windows equipped computer, you are supporting a man whose ideology blatently contradicts your own. You wouldn't knowingly support a person who lies, steals and murders, yet you support a man who flaunts your god's commandments - just so you can use your computer.

How do you explain this hypocricy?

(unless you're using an Apple - whoops, almost forgot, that was co-invented by Steve Wozniak, another atheist!)

i never heard of it before the seventies. it is the idea that you need not repent or be baptised or confess or stop sinning or anything as long as you have "accepted" christ as your savior. i call it he sin your way to heaven theory. what is an early reference to it.

when i was on the demonology web site i saw that there are demons called "Nightmares" and this is really scary because along time ago i was scared to go to sleep because one time i woke up from a deep sleep and i saw a demon, it was touching my face, and this is going to sound crazy but i knew that it was called nightmare, and after that night for the next week i was ill
as a kid i thought it did something to me.
do you think that this is scary, because i am FREAKING and now i really beileve in demons no doubt in my mind anymore!
i had an incounter of the scary kind!

If death is the culmination of all your earthly efforts so you can finally go and be with your god, than why don't you have great big parties and celebrations everytime one of you dies? Where are the tooting horns? The DJs and dancing?

All I ever see are somber, depressing wakes and funerals. Everyone dresses in black. Everyone is crying and whining about THEIR loss, not the dead persons reward. Where are all the congratulations for a job well done? Where are the high-fives for the persons faith all those years? When you visit their graves on holidays, why not leave "congratualtions" balloons and big foam "thumbs-up" gloves?

If going to be with god is the greatest possible thing there is, you folks sure don't act like dying is all that great. In fact, you act just like all the rest of the people I've ever met... weak, devastated, sad, and frighted to death of your own mortality.

Maybe... deep down... you really aren't as certain of an afterlife as you think you are.
