So you believe that we think we are invincible?! Nope! Not one single human being on this earth is invincible nor above sin. Many teenagers and young adults act as if THEY are by their actions. We all get sick. I'm a Christian and have a multitude of medical problems occurring right now. A couple I could easily die from. So your assumption is definitely wrong.

Technically, Christians should never get colds because Jesus gave us power over sicknesses.
Since becoming a Christian, I've had 1 cold. I haven't had the flu, but then again I've only had the flu twice in my life. Why did I get sick? Because I claimed it. I said things like, "Oh, I'm getting sick." when instead I should have been saying things like, "I am not going to get sick because by His stripes we are healed."

Yeah, of course that happens. I am not a member of any organised religion, but I am spiritual and I get a cold every other year or so. And a chaplain I know (he's a Catholic priest) gets sick rather frequently.

Why shouldn't we? Do you think that if we believe, we have a right for special treatment in this life? No, our reward is not of this life, but the eternal life. Besides, religion is not the measure will go under, love is.

Evolution of virus's and bugs etc?
No religious people never catch new strains of flu etc, and they are so Christ -like they don't need condoms to protect them from std's, of course they assume everyone else is similarly protected and so they hinder the distribution of condoms in poor countries and they are surprised to learn that so many millions of people are contracting Aids in Africa and dying from it leaving millions of orphaned children.
