personally, I think a lot of times people doubt their religion more than they preach it, the only reason they continue to believe is due to the fact that they think something bad will happen to them if they don't. I want to know others opinions.

No, I'm not crazy, but I hear voices that give me clues. I can hear thoughts in people's heads. I sometimes hear their voice. Sometimes I hear a cry from small children when someone needs help of somekind and they are no where near me, miles away. I only know this to be true with close friends and family members. Can anyone tell me where I can get more information about this?

There has been a lot of discussion on Answers lately about Britain being a Christian country, and members of other religions failing to respect that.

But are we really a Christian country any more? Or is the phrase just used to demonstrrate how free we are compared to the more oppressive Islam countries?

How many people really care about Christianity or what it stands for today? Is it not the case that we really are a free multi-faith country with no real allegience to any one religion? It seems to me that most of those people claiming that we live in a Christian country have not the first idea about what Christianity stands for!

What do you think?

Do you ever watch Christians celebrate Halloween, Christmas and Easter and laugh at them in their ignorance of the fact that the things they are doing have pagan origins? Do you wonder if they realize that what they are celebrating is a pagan ritual (sorry if that's not the right word)?

Do you feel like they have hijacked your holy days or do you accept it and see what they do as a promotion of what you believe?

It may seem very simple, but I feel your answer will reveal much, especially when you consider who Jesus often ate with.

Grace be multiplied to all you Saints.

The reason for this question is that a certain man known for teaching the bible says that God has stopped speaking His Word (prophetically), through PROPHETS in our generation based on this scripture:(Please read the whole thing to understand his logic)

1Cor 13:8-10 "Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away."

"For we know in part, and we prophesy in part."

"But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away."

What did Paul mean by this? Please, you are welcome to e-mail me.

The man maintains that God only speaks to our generation when one reads the bible and no longer does He speak a "a recent Word of prophecy through a prophets"

God bless you.

Hug!
