Pastor Butch Paugh who, in March of this year was invited to attend a meeting of his local FEMA chapter, has come forward to blow the whistle on a nationwide FEMA program which is training Pastors and other religious representatives to become policy enforcers who teach their congregations to "obey the government" in preparation for a declaration of martial law, property and firearm seizures, and forced relocation.

Invited Pastors were asked to make a pledge or an affirmation during the meeting to fulfil the roles ascribed to them by FEMA. The FEMA directors told the Pastors that attended that it was their job to help implement FEMA and Homeland Security directives in anticipation of any of these eventualities. The first directive was for Pastors to preach to their congregations Romans 13.

Just wondering whether the christians feel it unjust that their god is going to punish them because eve ate that apple. You would think that if there was a god he would have forgiven for that after all this time and let us all live forever. I mean it was only an apple anyway. I would have issues about that, and the first thing i would want to ask him is " why do i have to suffer for that,i didnt eat it did i" He sounds a vindictive sort of fellow to say hes supposed to be loving.

She asked why there were so many different religions if there is only one God.

My question is this?

IS there only one God?
How many Gods ARE there?

How do you know for certain that the God you worship is the RIGHT one?

Why are there so many different "Gods" if you all just believe in the same sky-fairy? Is one God better than another?

I'm a christian, but I am trying to find opinions on this subject....God says he is a jealous God. (Not only did he say that but he doesn't want us worshiping others or anything else as well.) Doesn't jealousy and covet go hand and hand, if so, why is one of the Ten Commandments not to Covet someone else's things? Would that be a contradiction?

There is a lot of abuse flowing in the direction of Islam on account of the fundamentalist wing of the religion - looking at Christian fundamentalism - its opposition to science (ID/IC et al) - its push into world affairs (the support by End of the WOrld crowd for the Judaic right wings attempt to destroy the Blue Mosque and rebuild the Temple of Solomon) and its growing influence in the most interventionist US government ever (Bush) - is there not a reasonable argument the Christianity represents a greater threat to democracy, personal freedom and world peace than Islam or any other religion?

This would be like killing my child to reconcile for the misbehavior of my neighbor's child. I have the capacity simply to forgive and forget without demanding compensation for small offenses. Why can't God do this? Does he simply want blood?

Anybody give me proof of the missing link that is accepted fact ?
No skeletons of people suffering from brain microcephaly and no rat people from Pakistan please.
Newspapers regularly report that evolutionary “missing links” have been found. If the links really had been found there would be no need to report that a new missing link has been discovered.
The original specimen of the latest homo floresiensis(Flores man) does not represent a new species, but is a modern Homo sapiens with microcephaly. The PiltDown Man was a fake. What next for wannabe evolutionists waiting for the random chance human creation from ape ?

Have l seen the this verse in the Bible long ago,? can any body help to locate it for me ?
Something like this. "Due to events Christ has to come back early, lest even the elect be persuaded."
And l am wondering, is this equated with this big Muslim push to convert the world to there faith?
If this is the case ,"His second coming is near"
