pope, whom christians follow has used harsh words for muslims. how can one expect christians to be open-minded when they are lead by such dogmatic pope? when their pope shows no respect to someone else's believes and provokes anger, how can we expect knowledgeable questions and answers from christians?

The wiccans/satanist always scream about christians being hypocritical, but I have been cheking out thier message board and all it is is "The chrsitian right shoul die!" posts. Nevermind their site begs for donations yet they preach against christians donating to their churches.

Now I am an atheist, but its just amazing how these different religiosn attack each other like this, ignoring their own faults. Just a tad hypocritical?

I'm candi shapley I was recently held in contempt because I didn't testify. When I got out I found out that my own Dad a faithful member if the flds group was with a few other men and he was seen standing outside the court with a gun... If a person doesn't believe in supernatural God(s), for whatever reason, he is an atheist.

Why do so many hide behind a weasel word (agnostic literally translates to mean ignorant) when they are in fact atheists?

The claim there is no evidence of non-existence is technically correct, but it is a meaningless excuse since non-existence cannot and does not need to be proven.

Is Islam such an insecure religion that any half-witted, unthinking clown can make insensitive remarks and be critical of it and have so many Muslims go off the deep end and react with such viciousness and hate? If the positions were reversed, would Muslim nations allow Christians to protest against Islam in their countries? Is killing a nun really what Islam is all about? If Muslims can't accept criticism, even if it is half-baked and witless, without resorting to violence and bloodshed, then maybe Islam and Christianity can't co-exist. I would hate to think that.

In another question I had I asked this question:

Are Muslims "tolerant"?
Don’t be fooled by the "tolerant" face of Muslims you meet in the Western world today. Islam has historically developed in four stages:
1. Evangelism.
2. Consolidation of power.
3. Revolution
4. Islamic State.
Muslims would love to see Canada and the USA become Islamic states but are only at stage one: Evangelism! Islam has not changed its methods since Muhammad 1400 years ago. Muslims are tolerant, when they are powerless, but this veneer of toleration evaporates when an Islamic state is formed.

This makes total sense to me. Anyone else understand and believe what is being said here?

MY QUESTION:

Some answered and said I was hyprocritical because the same applied to Christians.

Do others agree with that? I say NO! I am not a Christian living in an Islamic state (or mostly Islamic if there is such a thing) pretending I am tolerant of their religion.
