God. Forgetting to pray to God or bring God up for a long period of time?

If so, what brought you back to God?

And did you have to go through a wild break down?

I got saved in March of this year and was doing very well as far as going to church, bible study and reading my bible and praying. After an accident happened in July, I got side track and have been backsliding. I have been doing some things that I shouldn't done and have ask God for forgiveness and prayed on it to help me do right. I am tired of living the way I am and want to change for the better. I am serious, I dont want to do the same things no more. What should I do concerning getting my self back to the way I was when I first got saved and as far as forgiveness. Do Jesus forgive you if you made the same mistake over and over?

Let's say a man who has never married gets married to a woman who has been married twice before him and they both are living in sin. Then one day they both get saved and sometime later God calls the man to preach. Some churches do not believe in a man becoming a preacher because of the wife's past. Can you please help me in this and please give scripture as to what God says on this subject? I have done some looking but not come up with much. Thanks

i know he does -unconditionally-and i know along with millions of other wrong choices in life-when we ask him to forgive our sins and help us do better-amen-he comes into their heart and becomes their best friend-as he promised in Revelation 3 vs 19&20 "Behold i stand at your heart door and knock, if you let me in to forgive your sins , i will come in and be your best friend"

a Jewish person told me you can be Jewish and be an athiest but if you believe in the one that came as a Jew Yeshua in Hebrew-that he is the Messiah your not Jewish-your a Christian-yet Christian from the greek means a follower of the Messiah (Christos)

so i wanted him to see what was predicted 700 bce by our Jewish prophet - Isaiah 52 vs 13-53vs12 "He will be exaulted but first marred more than any man, and will lay down his life despised and rejected and make atonement for our sins." Later in the chapter it says he sees his seed and prospers-
and in Zechariah 12vs 10 we pierced him and we will weep seein

The question is do you believe there are other life forms out there is Space. Do You think "God" only created Humans. With the size of the univerise, do you actually think we are the only intelligent life form out there?

1) If god doesn't exist then what is the meaning of life?
2) Can we explain every scientific phenomenon with our brain which consists of finite amount of matter!

I believe there is a limit....and the science cannot explain everything but just posing questions to know more details about this phenomenon!

My Uncle Chet was the greatest guy. I am not that religious, but most of my relatives are. About 15 people prayed to Jesus for him. He battled cancer for a year and a half. He had chemotherapy and was in much pain. Why did he have to suffer and then die?

Now scientists can create ‘fake’ sperm from stem cells.

One woman could donate their DNA and fertilise the other. In theory at least.

Great news for lesbians. Bad news for men. ;0)

What is your view on this?

I believe in a Supreme Being who has sovereign control over all there is, was and will be. I also try very hard to live a life that reflects my understanding of His expectations.

I have been living like this for over ten years and am yet to meet anyone who shares a similar position.

OK, so I have met many who say they do but their life does not reflect this.

I refuse to believe I am the only one who thinks like this. Where can I meet like minded people?

Let me go ahead and appologize if I use the wrong terminology here:
I want to do my best to get rid of any negative energy, and I want to enhance the positive energy within myself, my body, and my soul. I recently got a Healing Hot Stone Massage, and she placed stones on my chakra points to balance everything out and continued with the massage. After the massage she told me that she couldn't get away from my head....she felt I had a lot of stuff going on in my head (thoughts, and I guess worries). I am a Christian and set in my religious beliefs (however I don't think that has anything to do with energy fields, but I didn't want any suggestions as far as other religious practices), but I want to balance out my energy and bring in the positive.
P.s. Does your energy affect your aura?I am a good person, I think my anxiety gets in the way.I try to clear my head of negative thoughts, but even after they are cleared out tension still exists...

Why do you care about gaining knowledge, wouldn't it all go to waste anyway when you die. Why do you care about mankind or the world if it has no meaning?

(I'm just interested in seeing your point of view on this one)

When you demand proof, what you really want isn't so much something that convinces yourself of God's existence, but rather something that convinces someone else of God's existence? Right?
