When I was 9 yrs old I started tasting drugs, beer and cigarrets. When I turned 13 yrs old was when I got in a gang, I would fight w/ other guys, I started doin drugs, drinking, smoking EVERY DAY ! I would chase guys with knifes and other stuff. I would believe in the virgin mary. When I was in high school I met this girl (which is my wife now) who is a christian since birth, she asked me if I would do drugs, drink, or smoke, and of course I lied and said no. We started dating for about 2 months, and one day she called me on the phone a second after I took a good hit on a drug, and she told me to go to her house, and I did, she noticed I was acting different and she asked what was wrong, and then I told her the truth, I told her I was on a drug. She got mad of course and told me to leave from her house, Later that night I called her and told her I was sorry and how could I fix the problem. she told me to choose her or my drug, etc. and if I chose her I was going to have to go to church and give my life to God. It was a hard desicion at that time, but to make a long story short, I chose her and gave my life to God. God changed me and made me a new man. I have about 2 yrs that I dont do the things I used to. Now I talk to ppl about God. I go to church, and try to do the things God wants me to do. there are so many things God has done for me that I will always be thanking him for it. thank u!!

For a few years I lived such a meaningless life. All I did was use drugs and have sex. That was basically what I lived for. I was mostly sleeping with men, and I was severely depressed all the time. One night when I was sitting in my room, stoned and drunk, the Lord got my attention and made me realize that the only way I would ever be happy or ever stop feeling lonely was to live for Him. Jesus is so amazing and has made my life much better. He delivered me from addiction, homosexuality, depression, and now I have surrendered my life to Him, and live in complete peace! That's the short version of my story.

I was in a National Trust shop and I was about to buy a chocolate icecream but then I suddenly felt impelled to buy an elderberry gelati and I knew I had been saved from hell as soon as I tasted the bright perfumed gelati...but gee...I don't think Jesus had anything to do with any of it.

Man, great way to crap on this guy's question. I think he could give a **** less about your opinion on god not existing. He asked about testimony of people being saved by Jesus, not if god existed or not. You make us atheists look bad by doing this type of stuff. Probably now you gave him 100 more reasons why to believe in Jesus.

The truth is, my soul has not been saved from Hell (yet).
After I die, since I believe in and love God, Jesus has agreed to pay the punishment for all of my sins (this is why he died on the cross). My soul will not be saved until this happens, it will only be saved because of His mercy.
