A good Confession and repentance is necessary for us to partake in the Redemption that Jesus made on the Cross.

Mt 9:2-8 The Son of Man has the authority to forgive sins.

Jn 20-23 Whose sins you forgive they are forgiven, whose sins you shall retain, they are retained.

James 5:13-15 Prayer of presbyters forgives sins.

James 5:16 Confess your sins to one another

WHAT CAN WASH AWAY MY SINS
NOTHING BUT THE BLOOD OF JESUS
WHAT CAN MAKE ME WHITE AS SNOW
NOTHING BUT THE BLOOD OF JESUS...........

by the way it's okay if you want to give me a thumbs down rating. That just proves to me you're not a believer in God, the Lord Jesus Christ or the Holy Spirit. Religion is a choice not a demand. It is my choice to believe.

Nothing can wash away sin. Wrongdoing is resolved when the person doing the wrong realizes it's wrong.

Why do Christians insist on making "God" so stupid?

I don't know what a sin-stain looks like but there are many good stain removal products on the market.

I have had good results with a spray called Shout.

Blood will only make the stain worse.

I think that we, as humans, do have an obligation to be responsible for our actions. Whenever possible, we should apologize, if our sin wronged another person. If that is or is not possible, it is our duty to correct our behavior. Ultimately,we pray to God for His forgiveness.
