HE IS VERY VERY SICK

I'm a committed Christian and yet i am scared to go to Church on my own. My family are aetheists and so i don't want to drag them through what would be hell for them, and yet i don't want to be judged by anyone else there. What i really want is to go to Church when its empty...is that a bad thing?

As a former Catholic, I have noticed a lot of weird beliefs regarding Catholicism. I think one chick was trying to say they don't follow the Bible. I agree that it has incorporated a lot more ceremony, pomp and circumstance, and (the Catholics I know) don't call themselves Christian (they are Catholic). So what are some of the "strange" things you see in Catholicism compared to other Christian denominations? [Belief in a God aside.] Or what misconceptions would you like to clear up?

I'm basically a hindu and had a Christian girlfriend for three years. Sometimes we had religious wars in the house, because she wasn't tolerant to my way of thinking, saying i will go to hell and all that. Why can't Christians respect other religious systems, thinking they have the one and only truth?

they call us barbarains yet they practise ritual canabalism and tell storys that are both gross and disteasiful. there "holy text" is full of rape murder and pilage. their long history is soaked in the blood of people whose simplily said your wrong and on top of it all they stand up straight and say they are good people . my question is how are they so blind to their crimes ?

I recently bought a few crystals to "try it out". (Clear quartz, black tourmaline, angelite, and amethyst). Before I invest in more crystals, I would like to know more about this topic. Does anyone out there use crystals themselves and have knowledge to share? If so, that would be much appreciated.

I have heard stories on both sides of the issue: that is, some say it is a hoax, while others do not.

I would like to become more educated on this.

The Quran was written some time in 600 AD or later, which is some 600 years after Jesus Christ came into this world, which means that there were a lot of people who knew the teachings of Jesus Christ and accepted it.

Now comes Mohammad the prophet, looks around, sees the following for Jesus, and says, hey why can't it be me? and then starts his own religion and notices that people are not coming to him.

So what does he do?

Makes changes to the contents of the bible with the help of some learned men (got access to it somehow by plundering someplace) to his liking (keeping in mind that he cannot say anything too bad about Jesus Christ)(Probably fearing for his life from more powerful tribesmen, who follow Christianity).

Creates terrorism by killing & terrorising people who do not follow his ways, and Islam is born,

He's also hidden or destroyed parts of the original Bible & then says only the Quran is Original.

What do you people think, could it be this way?

Is it not commonly believed that as long as we all accept Christ as our Savior:

* no Baptized babies will starve (and all babies would be Baptized if we all accepted Christ)
* everyone would be fed and clothed
* all death would be welcomed, because we would all know it to be the Will of God
* bad things would not happen to good people (and all who accept Christ are good people), so nothing bad would ever happen anymore

". Even If that is Wrong that jew more than only a nationality. The Bible say jesus skin was bright as bronze meaning his skin was a brown color meaning he couldent have been jew because the color of jews skin were more of a white color .Also The bible says His hair were white as snow this does not mean he was a blond you must read it correctly white mean the texture of his hair it also said his hair was like wool .

So how in the world can jesus be a jew
and his race matters because he said seek the trurth
