Jesus was not the incarnation of God!
God the eternal Son became incarnate in Jesus Christ. Through Him all things were created, the character of God is revealed, the salvation of humanity is accomplished, and the world is judged. Forever truly God, He became also truly man, Jesus the Christ. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived and experienced temptation as a human being, but perfectly exemplified the righteousness and love of God. By His miracles He manifested God's power and was attested as God's promised Messiah. He suffered and died voluntarily on the cross for our sins and in our place, was raised from the dead, and ascended to minister in the heavenly sanctuary in our behalf. He will come again in glory for the final deliverance of His people and the restoration of all things. (John 1:1-3, 14; Col. 1:15-19; John 10:30; 14:9; Rom. 6:23; 2 Cor. 5:17-19; John 5:22; Luke 1:35; Phil. 2:5-11; Heb. 2:9-18; 1 Cor. 15:3, 4; Heb. 8:1, 2; John 14:1-3.)

Jesus was not a genius. In order for a person to be considred a genius his intelligence would have to be measurable. But how can a person measure the intelligence of God? It is clear in the Bible that Jesus amazed even the most learned of ALL the religious leaders. They would try their best to try and stump Him with questions and He (Jesus) over and over again asonished them with His answers and on more than one occaision shut them up right on the spot. Jesus, being God, was simply showing that He knew all of the Scriptures because He was the one who inspired the Scriptures in the first place. He knew what the original Scriptures meant and He was showing the religious leaders how much they had corrupted the Law by all of their other rules to go along with the Law.
Jesus' intellect was not measurable. He was and is and will always be God.
The Bible says about God, His ways are not our ways and His thoughts are much higher than our thoughts. If His thoughts are higher than our thoughts what good will it do to try and measure His intelligence?

The Bible is a series of progressive revelations of God that find their fulfillment in the complete revelation made by Jesus Christ.
Yes, he would have been a "genius" by todays standards. He was able to answer every (trick) question put to him. He was able to understand the hearts and motives of the people speaking to him. He was able to speak the right word at the right time to people in need to help and heal them. He turned back an angry mob that wanted to stone a woman. The crowds who heard him were amazed at his word. When men were sent to arrest him, they came back saying "No one ever spoke like this man." When he was hanging on the cross dying, the solider who watched him there came to understand that "This man was the Son of God." By the age of 12 he was already amazing learned scholars and priest.
His words and actions are available to us today in the pages of the New Testament so that we do may benefit from his "genius". His life is also available to change our hearts if we will let it.

He did manage to dumbfound the scholars at age 12. Maybe some of his genius can be reflected that he taught concepts found in far east religions and native American Indian cultures that were basic truths. That way when Christian missionaries reached these areas, the local people were familiar with the concepts and could converse easier. Maybe when Christianity is done right as he taught, it works very well globally.

There are things out there called Emotional Quotient (EQ), Morality Quotient (MQ), Spiritual Quotient (SQ) etc...
Why the pre-occupation with IQ and Jesus? ;-)

If you believe he is the Son of God, then his IQ would have to be infinite, or considered non-applicable. It's almost like trying to use a ruler to determine the length of the color red.
