If Jesus came back tomorrow with his cross and his wounds of crucifixion and offered free bread and fish to all Christians, you wanna bet they will run to McDonald's for their greasy junk food and scorn the saviour of the Christian World?

Who would want to go near the crucified and get the stench up their nostrils even if it was free Macs or KFC he was offerring?

If Mel's Passion of Jesus could have produced smell effects you would see how many Christians would have stayed away from the movie.

Who would want to see their saviour walking up to Golgotha naked and sweating and bleeding and breathing violently knowing that he didn't have a wash since the day before and that he had to go and get his legs crossed to squeeze his manhood between his legs and have his feet nailed so that the upper foot locked his legs in a standing position.

"Eli Eli, its all a big lie," and then Christ would come and deny all who told their many wonderful lies about him.

Amen!

I've seen a documentary about this paranormal event where in the soul grabber tries to swap the soul of his medium and a volunteer. The result is unbelievable where in his medium can talk a different language that the volunteer can only speak. He also grab the soul of a person who murdered the father of his client...and the investigation of the case becomes clear.

...there is a feeling that you should just go home, and spend a lifetime finding out just where that is.

Does this resonate with your feelings?

He could have been all manner of other things. I rather doubt all the kings horses and all the kings men would have had any better luck putting one of us back together again, either, assuming the wall was high enough, of course.

I asked three questions and the message is clear.

If religion is false, can we do whatever we want?
Why would we follow the government's laws, if they are just a copy of God's commandments?
If there is no heaven nor hell, why bother with life: in the end we have nothing, right?

First they said: No. We still have responsibility to our fellow human beings.
Then they said: How sad for you, that you cannot find goodness in the world and other people without inventing mythologies.
Finally they proved me right, by proving me wrong: who I am to tell you not to kill yourself?

Every moral they assumed they had, they had not.

Therefore was I wrong, or was I right?

Has anyone ever thought about the possibility heaven actually being on earth, but you just can't see it. That would explain ghosts, not here nor there (Limbo). Also I believe God did say heaven is between the sky and the ground.

After an immoral and unscrupulous past, I find myself with plenty of cash but seriously low on good karma. I am looking for virtuous people who might have a surplus they would be willing to sell. Ready to pay more than the market rate.
I will also trade "dumb luck" and "Devil looks after his own" certificates for good karma.

Cheers

There are no selfless acts. All things we do, good and bad, we do first to satisfy ourselves. So why cling to the idea of selflessness?

And finally, I’ve always drawn a great deal of moral comfort from Humpty Dumpty. The part I like the best? “All the king’s horses and all the king’s men couldn’t put Humpty Dumpty back together again.” That’s because there is no Humpty Dumpty, and there is no God.

I might be sinning by judging atheist but I think they are fools. Even God in the Bible said that all of the unbelievers wisdom seems foolish to him. And God in the Bible said that only a fool has said in his heart that there is no God.

I can't even see how big he is. People try to study God as if he were another human. People's minds are so small that it propels them to do that. People try to use logic and reasoning to find God. What you have to understand is that logic and reasoning are universal concepts. Since God created the universe, he is not bound to the same rules of his own creation. He is beyond logic, and reason. He is beyond the universe. All of the infinite of trillions of light years of the universe is but a small drop before God. God's magnitude is incomprehendable and that's why I feel that people don't believe. God is even beyond magnitude. I also feel that God does not think. Since God knows everything, thinking would require conflict in the mind and God is without conflict. Also how can God be intelligent when God created intelligence? God is even beyond that. And some would say that if God created everything then who created God? Let me tell you that since the concept of time is God's creation, then God is not bound by time so there could be no past before him. God simply "is", and he is not bound by his own universal laws that we use to find proof!!!!! Get the picture now? Don't mess with God.
