#1)I don't follow a "religion" as religion is a list of rules. I have no religion, I have a personal relationship with the God who created me.
#2)The government is based on God's commandments, but we still have a duty to our fellow human beings, regardless of our beleif or disbeleif in God
#3)You are right, if there is no heaven or hell, all is pointless to life. But that is not the truth and is not an issue for me. I know where I am headed, do you?
As for telling people not to kill themselves, well, noone can really tell anyone what to do with their lives, it is ultimately our own decision, right? We all have the power to choose our own destiny.
That all being said, I strongly beleive that you have two choices. Either you must follow God as the only way, the true way to heaven, or else the other option is that we as christians are all wrong, and the bible is a lie. If so, noone is wrong and noone can be right then. But if the bible is true, then you have much more to lose, wouldn't you agree?

"What will justify right and wrong if the bible is a lie? For have not all before you answered wrongly?"
The Bible is not the sole source of the human concept of right and wrong. Such concepts would still exist...and do still exist. Perhaps if you visited a non-Christian-dominated country you might learn something.
"If religion is false, can we do whatever we want?"
No, because we still have to live in a stable society to survive.
"Why would we follow the government's laws, if they are just a copy of God's commandments?"
They are not copies of God's commandments. The first four have nothing to do with American government since they are unenforcable. The remainder are generally common sense for people who want to live in a stable society.
"If there is no heaven nor hell, why bother with life: in the end we have nothing, right?"
Leave it to a Christian who sees no point to life if there is not a) a great big carrot at the end and b) a nasty, horrible place to send people who disagree with him.
"First they said: No. We still have responsibility to our fellow human beings."
Yeas, we do. We are social creatures, and we need one another to continue to stay alive and flourish.
"Then they said: How sad for you, that you cannot find goodness in the world and other people without inventing mythologies."
Indeed. Why does the world have to have worth only when you see it through fantasy stories and superstitions?
"Finally they proved me right, by proving me wrong: who I am to tell you not to kill yourself?"
What has this got to do with anything?

Sir, If religion is true we can do whatever we want. Religion has nothing to do with your first question.
We would follow the govt.s laws because we live in a democracy, and we make our own laws.
If there is no heaven or hell, we don't know what awaits us. If there is a heaven or hell, we don't know what awaits us.
Essentially you have proven nothing other than your ability to ask questions, and recieve answers. Why do you need proof of God if you are a man of faith?

People have had morals since before the Bible was written. Morals can develop and exist independently from religion as well. Compassion will still exist regardless of the religious situation on the earth.

You may want to remember that there are far more beliefs on moral codes and the afterlife than just Christianity. There are plenty of non-Christians who have differing beliefs, but still maintain a similar code of actions towards others--compassion, kindness, and love. Lots of them, actually. This is not a black-and-white, cut-and-dry question here. It may be for you, but you're not taking into account the whole of human experience.

common sense you idiot. Man no wonder your religion and most others are dying out. I don't need a god to tell me to be nice to people, not to steal, not to kill, not to covet. If you need to be told what and when to do it. Then you are truely lost even with your god. You are a goner. You must be a boyscout.
