Why wont he speak to us,why wont he help us,his children are suffering badly,but there is no help forthcoming.Did they build all of those churches for nothing,someone explain this to me

It's not a new trend, but why do some people seem to take personal offense with or feel they are superior and/or want to poke fun at those who have a serious curiosity and interest in the subject of psychic phenomenon?

Jesus warned us that “false Christs and false prophets” will come and will attempt to deceive even God’s elect (Matthew 24:23-27; see also 2 Peter 3:3 and Jude 17-18).

My question is, why doesn't Jesus just warn His believers those are false and should not believe, and why doesn't He stop them in the first place?

Please answer as profoundly as possible, thanks a lot.

I work at a candy plant and evidently one chocolate dropping came out the image of Mary. I wasnt aware of it but ate it during my break.

With the below written in their Holy Book, how can Islam truly be peaceful. The peaceful ones translate the koran differently, but they all say they are Muslim. They all say that the others are not Islam. How can anyone prove that the other is or isn't??? Don't say it is just a few extremists, DAILY, DAILY, we see the body count. If you are peaceful then Thank God, but there is not way to know who is or isn't as far as I can see. Answers, opinions.

There is a homeless crazy dude that lives under the bridge down the street from me.

Anyway he keeps saying he is the 2nd comming of Jesus.

He even wrote wrote a few words on a piece of paper. It says "I be dat dude"

From what I heard a collection of whackey words is enough proof the follow someone to the ends of the earth.

How many of you want to come smoke the Hucka with the only real and true 2nd comming?

Who actually wrote the book of Genesis? I mean, writing didnt exist in the time of the Garden of Eden, and if the story was passed down thru generations, it probably got mixed up. And God's not just going to share his story with us mortals, is he?

In the bible it says we will receive mansions and walk on streets of gold when we get to heaven. Doesn't this sound materialistic? Are we to be lured into heaven by material wealth? It is also said that it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. If riches is the route of all evil, why make me rich and put me in a mansion when I die?

Our church started in 1986 with 30 people, we rented space in a school. After a few years we bought a building. 850k for the building and paid it off in a few years. We soon out grew that building, we had 11 weekend services to hold the people and had grown to 3500 people. We bought 40 acres next to a mall (very expensive place) and was about to build a new 3000 seat building. Going over the budget we were counting on the sale of the old church of about 1.3 million. When we all met, our pastor and several others starting thinking and said: How about we give the building AWAY FREE to another church...so we did, to a small African American congregation..they were floored to say the least....since then our church grew to 8500 and has spun off over 90 other churches.

I think it's because of GIVING away the building for FREE!!
That's how God works...human thinking would want the money.

When Philip The Fair had several hundreds of the Templars (Christian Knights) rounded up and tortured (in order to sieze their lands) ... These knights were repeatedly tortured into confessing an odd blasphemous obscenity .. The Templars besides being the founders of International banking, also in their seat at Jerusalem had for several hundred years protected pilgrims journeying to the Holy land ...
Numerous of these Templars , some who were eventually executed (Jacque du Molay among these ) .. and some who were eventually released after losing properties and name .. recanted this confession .. The papal seat also failed to come to the Templar's aid .. as it was in a precarious position ...
As there was really no precedent in pagan faiths for this macabre ritual .. do we now think it's elaboration was a concoction of anything but odd dark sinister twisted
