Do you think it's right that Blacks, Latinos, and Asians to follow Christainity after their ancestors were forced to follow the religion by the Europeans? I choose not to follow Christainity because I feel that it's not my true religion and I've beem forced to follow it. I decided to be a agnostic because I feel that it shames my Native American and African ancestors because they were forced to give up their customs and traditions.

Many people believe in evolution even though they were one of those people who failed horribly at math and science.

Right now my pet it at the vet overnight to make a long story short he has a 50% chance of living. It is mostly my fault. If I make a sacrafice (perhaps my most prized posession, or the pics of my x-boyfriend who I miss very very very badly it would be hard for me to let the pictures of me and him go even if it is just digital data) will God let my rabbit live?

My best advice for you is to pray that you can receive the Holy Ghost. When you’ve gotten a confirmation from God that you will-go on & don't stop there! When you get properly baptized, don't stop there! When you’ve been surrounded by the Holy Spirit, don't stop there! When you pray for the sick and feel their pain within your own body, don't stop there. When you’ve spent years with visions, don't stop there! When God has shown you things that you can't feel, and let you feel things you can't see - don't stop there.

It is like having a hands-on lab to go along with the textbook and "classroom theories." Truly seeing the spiritual world while still in the flesh is a wonderful thing that scholars spend all their lives to try to understand through the texts - reaching beyond any denominational beliefs. It is as real as you sitting there reading this right now. To KNOW that all things that we see were created by something "we" can not see..

Jesus is for all of us. For you people that don't feel the same way then that's your choice. But the question is why do you feel the need to anwer questions that don't pertain to you ?You make it seem that your not intrested but yet you have to put your 2cents in everytime. I don't care that you think is ofending everyone I think that your interested in some way or anouther or you'd keep your comments to yourself, and let true believer discuss it amoungst themselfs. As we are not trying to bother you!!!!Serious and clean anwers only.

I have made peace with my beliefs and have concluded that science and religion are compatible. Science is the search for truth. God is truth.

Why is the religious right so adamant that some scientific truths are ridiculous?

The truth that the Earth revolves around the sun, the truth of evolution, the truth of DNA, etc., are all bunk at one point in time.

Science and religion are looking for the same thing...truth...and the fact that the scientists and not the holy men are finding the truth first makes them dispute the credibility of their work.

our cars . is it male or female ..
if it is male .. then can scientists make or design female cars .
if it is female . then can they make or design male cars ..

so the two kinds can marry .. and we will never need to car factories ..
is it possible or not ..

my point is : if it is impossible .. how could evolution make and design male and femele of humans , insects , birds .. etc ..
but we can't make or design male and female cars ..
is it an ordinary thing (sex concept) .
can this concept exist without god ( a very able and very clever one ) ..

Well, my god said he was the way, the truth and the life. He was sinless, yet still died a torturous death all for me, and you too. He rose from the dead, so that i could, if i just simply believed in him, go to eternal paradise with him when i die. PRAISE JESUS! Do you love Jesus, with all your heart, soul, mind and strength? I do. Jesus is Lord.

I know god answers people's prayers because all religious people have said so and yet mine goes unaswered. I've even poured some holy water on it and nothing.
Should I go to a priest and ask him to heal me since he is more connected to god than me or should I go to the emergency room?

The word "pray" has a lot of meanings, howvever religious ppl when ask you to "pray" actually they ask you to evade the reality... they wish! They cannot escape the reality, maybe when they die, but then they cannot make any difference anyway

I am seeking your personal experiences and thoughts (for or against) reincarnation.

I've always had the feeling that reincarnation really happens, though I have had hardly any 'remembrence' experiences that I can recall. Maybe a very real de ja vu experience here and there, and the odd dream or two that I usually can't remember much of when I wake, but had the feeling I knew what it was.

Was wondering what your thoughts were on the subject, and maybe if you had any interesting literature on the subject. Thanks!
