Right now my pet it at the vet overnight to make a long story short he has a 50% chance of living. It is mostly my fault. If I make a sacrafice (perhaps my most prized posession, or the pics of my x-boyfriend who I miss very very very badly it would be hard for me to let the pictures of me and him go even if it is just digital data) will God let my rabbit live?

Nope, God is cruel.
At least, according to the Bible. He was willing to let Job suffer over some petty bet. He deemed Lot's daughters to be virtuous people, and they raped their father (though to be fair, he did try to offer them to rapists first). He sent bears to tear apart children for making fun of a bald man.
Your rabbit is nothing to God. If you truly believe in God, your best bet is to cover your own rear and let your rabbit suffer.

God is in everything. In you and in your cat. He is not some big hand in the sky dishing out favors.
Just use some positive thoughts. Your thought is an energy that has control over everything. You are the creator. So, that is why prayer works. Meditate on what will happen, according to what you want.
Now, sometimes stuff still happens. But know your pet will be happy and you are not being blamed.
Spiritually you are inseperable from God. And your pet!

The only sacrifice that makes a difference would be to be a great christian. It won't save your bunny, but may make it easier to deal with it.
Don't do anything stupid, it's life will continue or end, nothing you can do can change the outcome, pray and accept the outcome.

Sacrificing anything you have will not save your rabbit if he was meant to live. And if he passes, that will be your sacrifice for the negligence you provided in being the hand that caused his death.

God does not usually responds to barganing, but he does responds to a sincere and humble heart,
So, you do not have to offer him anything, just pray with faith, He will answer your prayers in a way that is in line with what he knows is best for you.
God bless you.
