so, if you are christian you are naturally better in math and science? hmmm I didn't know that, here I thought you had to study. Thanks for the tip.

if the world is only about 6000 years old, then how do you explain starlight that is more than 6000 light years away? Stupid is unkind. People can believe that God created the universe and everything in it and can and does have personal relationships with us, and that Jesus is all the Gospels say He is (present tense please note) ...all of those beliefs are quite possible within both evolution and creationism...AND EVERY ISM IN BETWEEN, because their are people who don't fit into the very very very narrow and closed minded creationist philosophy and who very reverently believe very deeply in God/Jesus the whole Christian belief. There are also those who believe deeply who don't fit into the ardent strict and equally closed minded evolutionary theory.
Facts are stubborn things, or so John Adams said. Toleration is maturity. People who refuse to or are unable to answer the evolutionaries intelligently really make Christianity seem like a false and simplistic childish cartoon religion.
So I ask you first, can you explain star light? Secondly, which of the two (yes two) creation story are we to believe in from Genesis? And, have you noticed the pictures taken of the earth from the moon? The world is not a large valley with water entering on one end and exiting on the other. So, does that mean that people who look for an explanation are evil? No, it means we just looked at the over all meaning, AND THAT IS THE FACT that God created all things, the universe...and I find it uncomfortably arrogant of people who think they can explain how God did it. God cannot be put into a little box.
Ps: dinosaurs, what? Never happened?

Evolution gains nor loses merit by account of the knowledge of the holders. This is known as an ad hominem. Please attack the issues, rather than the people who hold the issues. Some people who believe in evolution failed science, and some didn't. But the scientists who validate evolution with more evidence every day are much more at fault for the tenents of evolution. In other words, if you attack anymore (which you shouldn't), attack the scientists.

I don't understand, where does GOD himself say in the Bible that he didn't use evolution?
NOWHERE! No where in the bible does it say it took 6,000 years to create the earth, PEOPLE ONLY A-S-S-U-M-E that God used 1,000 years as a CREATIVE day, when in FACT, it SAYS "NO SUCH THING" IN THE BIBLE. So before you start spouting on about stupidity, LOOK IN A MIRROR. Then, THEN pick up a Bible.
Only thru God's word can we learn humility and truth. And this is the TRUTH.
ITS SIMPLY NOT IMPORTANT WHAT "OTHERS" BELIEVE. ITS WHAT "YOU" BELIEVE AND KNOW IN YOUR HEART TO BE TRUE THAT COUNTS. So, they believe in evolution? Do you think Christ couldn't SEE this coming? Do you think he was THAT BLIND? Yet what did HE say about it? NOTHING, because HE was worried about HIS KINGDOM, NOT THIS WORLD. He didn't give THIS WORLD ONE SECOND THOUGHT. All he said about it was 2 things: #1: Render unto Ceaser what is Ceaser (pay your taxes) #2: Obey the laws of the land (where they don't conflict with God's laws). THAT'S IT.
The rest of the time it was preaching ABOUT WHAT WAS TO COME. Yet here YOU are, worried about the "here and now" and what "other people believe." Wow, WWJD? NOT what your doing bro. Not at all.

They believe in evolution because they do not believe that God created all.
There reasoning is silly. Nothing came together and was compressed into a tiny dot like this stop . and bang! there is the universe!
Interesting though look at universe uni means one or single, verse means word universe means a single spoken word.
interesting.
I am made to the immage of God therefore I cannot come from a monkey and my GOD is not a monkey.

How do you account for all the scientists who are good at math and science that believe in evolution? How do you account for all the stupid people that follow a religion? There are intelligent people of all beliefs and there are those who aren't so intelligent of all beliefs.

I'm sorry. You obviously don't even believe in correct grammar. Many people believe in evolution because that is what happened. What are fossils? The devil's little sculptures put on earth to trick those who did not believe firmly?
I think it's foolish of you to call those who believe in evolution stupid. I'd say a few things to you, but I try to if not respect your opinions, at least keep mine to myself if they are not nice.

what? why did people believe in heliocentrism? because they were told that its true. thats why people believe in god and hell and angels as well [i didnt mean to rhyme but yay lol]. because evolution is accepted by the schools and the media and the government [as well as their more intelligent peers] stupid people accept it as well with little to no question. also, why did people accept hitler's third reich? they did this because germany was down on luck and hitler brought an idea to look forward to. now i know this sounds weird but it helps make my point. people believe what is accepted. although these "stupid people" failed at difficult maths and sciences such as chemistry and trig, they still know about the planets, extinction, and cells. ill shut up now.

How do you account for the fact that there are many stupid people who believe that "God" didn't engineer evolution?

Your post is a neat (humorous) turning of the tables...
I find that the vast majority of people who believe in evolution, do so by faith and authority
(faith -- because atheistic macro*evolution is a faith; and authority -- because they believe in the word of "experts" in the field, rather than truly understanding the evidence themselves).
---
There is no evidence that proves Atheistic MacroEvolution (without Intelligent Design)...
I used to believe in Evolution. However, over a period of time I have grown skeptical of the claims of Macro*Evolution... this is largely due to the weakness of the evidence for Macro*Evolution, and the fact that the evidence, rationally interpreted does not support the overarching claims made by Macro*Evolutionists...
For scientific and intellectual critiques of evolution, see http://www.godsci.org/gsi/apol/evo/00.html .
Is Evolution a FACT? See http://www.godsci.org/gsi/apol/evo/evofaq2.html for relevant discussion.
Cordially,
John

Many stupid people believe in evolution. You're right. Many stupid people believe in God, too. Does that automatically disprove His existence? Of course not. Stupid people believe in gravity. Doesn't mean it's not here.
Many stupid people believe in evolution. Many smart people believe in evolution.
Just because someone stupid believes something does -not- mean it's wrong.
It astounds me how little logic your brain uses.
