I mean, we have free will, right?

Is my assumption right? God does not know our future. Well, not on a large scale. More like what our jobs are gonna be...that kind of stuff.

I have several friends who claim to be Christians, but the Lord's wisdom tells me otherwise. I have tried to show them the error of their ways, but they insist I am wrong. How can I save their souls so that they might join me in God's Heavenly grace? As I know the end is very near, I must act swiftly. Please help me.

PS: They are Methodists.

Is it because we don't have the scientific equipment to measure a soul at this point in human history, if not will we ever. If no, does the soul in point of fact, exist, or is it just an explanation of consciousness and mental activity, and of emotion.

Or do you think it is a spiritual curse? Do you think God can take it away if you pray or do you think he can't or wouldn't?

Why would God put his "son" on earth to die for your sins, when he is the judge of those sins

I asked a question about what peoplethink about tithing, and most of the answers said "the bible says we are to tithe". I asked a question about what people thought about resurection, and most answers I got said "the bible says these people were resurrected". I asked a quetion about why people of religion are so judgemental of non-believers, and most answers said "the bible says judge not lest ye be judged, but here in this part of the bible is says we should judge others". I asked a questions about the fairy tale type stuff like Jesus flying, and talking bushes, and how did Noah gather tapyrs from South America for his boat, and all the answers come back as "the bible says it happened, so it must be true". And my question is this:
DO ANY OF YOU WANT TO BUY A BRIDGE? IT'S REAL NICE, YOU MAY HAVE HEARD OF IT IF YOU LIVE IN SAN FRANSISCO. THEY CALL IT THE GOLDEN GATE NOW. But I checked the Bible and it says you can name it whatever you want after you buy it? Cashiers checks is OK.

If you are from the monkey family...what were before you were a monkey? Why are monkeys still monkeys if we evolve? If there is no evidence and it is still a theory, are you believing you are from monkeys in faith?

(I was baptised when I was 20 or do it now.) I am worry about then immortal souls. I worry about my husband too but that is not a battle I would win.

I have heard this saying a few times now. Can it really be so? I used to be christian. I was saved by the acceptance of Christ.
Now, I am no longer christian and and have since revised my beliefs many times so obviously, must have relinquished any moral decency or fibre I may have had within me. But that wouldn't matter right? I can do what I want, can I not? Simply because "Once Saved Always Saved"?

...are they also free to refuse to recognize marriages performed in the name of some other deity? If a marriage is not sanctified by Christ and His Father, whether gay or straight, why recognize it at all? Bear in mind the United Church of Canada supports same-sex marriage.

Ok big question we have the ten commandments and if you break one of these is it a bigger sin than any other sin. I was raised a sin is a sin no sin is bigger than the other. But like divorce I know alot of people think it is wrong but my first marriage was a brutal one i was beaten everyday and i am sorry but i dont feel that god intended on any of his children being treated that way so in your opinion in the eyes of god should i have stuck with the marriage or was i right for moving on and having the great husband that i have now

Or do you assume that the person really didn't hear you at all?

If you haven't figured it out, I'm asking if you consider silence in response to a prayer to be a 'no' or 'maybe'. Why can't God actually *say* 'no' or 'maybe' instead of just giving no answer at all?

I think God is not really there, but I want to hear what the believers have to say.
