I converted to Roman Catholicism when I was 15 years old, served in many and varied capacities during my time with the Church, even preached (as a lay person)... but eh Pope's letter on Homosexuality, the sex abuse scandals, and then the elextion of a nazi as pope... I am so done with HRCC and other organized releligion...

Okay, since some of you agreed with me and some didnt. Some said It's not Satan and his Demons.

and i agree with some that say the good ones help those in need.

When i got closer to God, satan wants to push believers away...so he tried to scare me. I knew it was him, it wasnt ghosts...cause i didnt hear it until i got closer to God.

If a ghost wasnt haunting my house before, but now theres voices, and disturbances in my house when i got closer to God; and these voices and disturbances were evil. How are they ghosts?

Satan in Islam: Again, Satan is a title for adversary or something close. Given to the Jinn (genie) Iblis, whose job is to test Man's faith. Condemned for disobeying God.

i have an interesting question..

I was talking about this in my bible study discussion...

You know how people say that there is ghosts, and you can connect with them?

Well, since all of the people in hell are "dead" Dust/ashes. NO thoughts/emotions....just Blah. Why would they be talking to us if their ash?

And for Good ghost's... People up in heaven wouldnt waste their time haunting. They have better things to do which is honoring God.

I believe that it's satan, and his demons.

What yall think?

If we were given free will then why are we punished for our actions, not really free will in my opinion. "Do what you want but if you do soemthing i dont want you to do i will punish you" doesnt make sense to me. At least angels knows exactly what to do and never have to worry abotu questioning if something is always good or bad because god tells them exactly what to do and they must do without question

I posted this and it needs some clearity. God is all good. HE can not creat evil just by that fact. HE created all things. All Things, how can God creat a being that has an evil thought? God can only manufacture what is good. As far as free will. Well Ok I'll go with that ,but God can only have good thoughts as He is all good, and evil is not in the equation. I did get some good answers. Keep thinking.....

I've never been a religious person, I just find the idea of God and Heaven and Hell too difficult to believe and all quite silly really. But I've started to notice lately that the things I do in my life may be some kind of subconscious way of replacing religion. For example I always read the astrology column in the newspaper each day, and then I base my actions on what it says. I also study science and enjoy finding answers to things I've always wondered. Do you think it's possible that all humans need faith, guidance and answers, and that we all just have different ways of finding it?

Since nobody ever bothers to read the details anyway, i might as well type something completely useless here:

We could learn a lot from crayons:some are sharp,some are pretty,some are dull,some have weird names,all are different colours.But they all have to learn to live in the same box...

I mean we all know that Literally it cant be more true, but what about on some other levels? Relationships all end at some point, beauty fades etc. but What about feelings, love, hope, etc...?
