Western Society is the richest & most powerful on earth yet we constantly allow ourselves to be walked all over by 3rd world despots; illigal immigrants flood our countries; Liberals weaken our society from within & the vast majority of us simply take it. With our power & resouces we could easily dispense with this PC United Nations ' one world' nonesense & start cracking some heads 'til we bring the rest of the world into order. But we are too tolerant of less civilised cultures, why

The "scam" was that he would send me a check for much more than it was worth and expect me to cash his check and send him the difference via western union......I played him to try to catch him....and this is more informative than a question- if you find yourself in this situation- say yes, go ahead and send the check- call your local State Police Department, they will be able to decipher his web id address- mine was in AFRICA and then you file an IC3 complaint form- which allows everyone on the internet to know of this scam .........anyother takers out there? even though I tried to get the police to catch him at his pick up site- fictitious address- but the police say they go to Walmart's to pick up the western unions under these fictitious names..............anyone else??? I'd like to get as much info out there for people so they can SEE FOR THEMSELVES THE SCAMS--mine was through a local paper shop ad I placed.

To me, denying children freedom is no different than racism. Being a kid myself, it makes me sick to be the same in social status as some other 13-year-old dolts. Just now I saw someone post "Kid's shouldn't be on the internet". I almost punched my screen when I read that. Why must I suffer because some other kids give me a bad name?

i work at somewhere (no name calling).and my manager is like getting crazy on us,getting a whole bunch of young people and making us work till like 12 midnight,at times it only the manager and a few grown people at work.the ratio of young to old is like 6:1. we like run the place with only one or two grown ups, trust me it a realy big place that 95%of Americans visit every day or two.we get paid $7 an hour and I'M WONDERING IF THEY ARE DOING THAT TO AVOID PAYING THE OLDER PEOPLE WHO WON'T WORK FOR THAT LESS MONEY!

I have to admit that i come from a wealthier family, but I'm not stuck up at all, because we havn't always been wealthy. I mean i do all the typical stuck up things, ie tennis, golf memberships, piano, country club, fashion, more then one house. However I'm extemely humble, but ppl never get to know me for me, they just see the money, and stuff. I don't like hanging out with rich ppl because they're exactly what I hate: stuck up. What can I do to make people see me for me, and not my money. Even my friends take advantage of me, and make me pay for stuff, and then they oh she can cus she's rich, and I'm just like huh??

...it appears as though someone put a time limit on the question process? Some questions seem to make absolutely no sense, are poorly worded, have every other word misspelled, and have impossible grammar. Are people not aware that they can take time to reread their question, correct spelling errors and make sure the question makes sense? Is this just an example of the direction our society is headed; that more and more of us don't know or care how ignorant we really sound?

I notice that a lot of men think that knowing how to change oil in a car makes up for them not lifting a finger in the home or helping their spouses out with anything. If this idea is true, then how come my dishwasher is still broken and I have dishpan hands?

This question is not for those who wish to put the brave men and women of the armed services down. These are men and women who put their lives on the line so that others may say what they want. They may fight to the death to protect your freedom of speech in this question, I am only soliciting positive statements. Keep your negative statements to yourselves and away from their eyes for once!

Remember, there are only two people who have voluntarily died for us. One was Jesus, and the other was the man and woman in the American Military. If you are not from the USA, then please state so, but keep this a positive statement as your answer.

Thank you.

Seriously, what good has she done for society? She's due to inherit the family business (won't be long before that empire becomes bankrupt).
When she was in prison, she was treated in a special way and kept separate from the other prisoners. How much fun would it have been to see her defend for herself for once and be rightfully beaten up.
If anyone disagrees with me, remember (if you're a parent) your child probably idolizes her and looks at her as a role model, I'd like to hear what you have to say.

I'm not a racist person but I am gay. I hear gay jokes and slander almost daily, in life&television. I define N as someone who is extremely rude or inconsiderate of others. I have never called anyone the N word in my life. Well, we have a neighbor (Aprt) who is a african-american male about 45 yrs old. He blares his music, sometime 8-10 hours a day even past midnight at times. I spoke to him about it and he told me to:let him know when it's too loud. I shouldn't have to tell him anything he's old enough to know better, and at midnight, please! I told the leasing office of his noise, they did little and his noise has continued. Well, just now I called him N in my mind. Why am I having conflicting issues about calling him that, even though it was in my mind only? People joke about gays all the time, why is that okay? But yet I feel bad because I thought this Afr-Amer was a N. People think ill of gays all the time & its fine but think of a AfrAmer as a N & you've wronged them.

Harvard recently did a study, where it found that "Living in disadvantaged neighborhood was equivalent to missing a year of school". http://harvardscience.harvard.edu/node/20046

If everyone in the US is not starting out with the same opportunities, is it the children's fault? I've always wondered how people can blame poor children for not doing better, since I grew up in poor rural areas, and saw it was difficult to "get ahead". If we're not doing enough to make children's lives safer, is it society who's to blame for children's lost opportunities?
