Have the use of agency staff and less favrouble(to the employee) contracts by many made it easier and less costly for managers to behave in a crap way towards their workers ?

Have you had an experiance of being bullied in the work place what did you do and how did it make you feel to be bulied ?

While I was growing up I was a bit smarter than other kids my age and it began to bother me because I couldn't find any friends that would tolerate my mouthy knowledge spewing (I would spout off random facts and stats about random things). Since then I've learned to control my nerd impulse but I work with children and I'm now able to identify that there are other's with my same dilemma (just in different forms).

Did you find it easy to be different from everyone else growing up or did you try your hardest to blend in and do you still do it?

and other non smokers!
I dont smoke & i personally dont like it anyway! My hubby is a smoker & the only time he smokes anywhere near me is in the car with the window open or standing at an open door! BUT he does insist on smoking in the bathroom and doesnt care much that i have to walk into a room full of smoke afterwards!
There are 2 men i know very well, very nice men and very caring family men BUT they smoke in front of anyone and everyone, even their grandchildren! I dont understand this at all!
They choose to smoke! Fine..but why inflict their choice on everyone else?
I would have invited this man and his wife down to dinner but i know they wouldnt refrain from smoking in our home!

My question is are all smokers generally this inconsiderate?

Women are so fickle when it comes to their own power. Men stick together ladies black or white to defeat women. You can take two black men working together, and they will always favor the black man even if they have less experience, they will just assume that the women has none. You can take two guys, one black and another white and they will even favor a man and do away with their prejudices to usurp the woman. Women having you been fighting for this all your lives. I will tell you I am frankly suprised at Oprah - and dah her own friend Mia Angelo gets this. Oprah has lost all objectivity in my opinion, and clearly can't looked Hillary straight in the face again in life. We need Hillary and we needed Oprah to bring objectivity to the World of seemingless male chatter. Where has Oprah gone? Where is Oprah going? What is Oprah's real motive here? She is about the dollars and protecting her name, why has she gone out on the limb for Obama. Next to Harold Ford he is a baby.

I am almost 15 and am terminally ill
This is my list.
What do you think of it?

-Take a flying lesson
-Get my ears pierced
-Find out what it is like to get drunk
-Abseil something (bridge, cliff, high rise flats, anything)
-French kiss someone
-Spend a day at a beauty spa then go for a makeover
-Go for a ride in a glass bottom boat
-Go to a Chinese buffet and try everything on the menu
-Go on a guided ‘ghost hunt tour’ or spend the night in a haunted castle
-Find a unique quality in everyone I am close to.

I have a vehicle with crank windows and standard non power locks, which to me seems perfectly normal as it is a small 2 door that i easily can reach to both sides. Yet I have gotten comments from friends that they can not live without the electric windows and locks. I feel that this just shows how lazy our society has become, what are your thoughts on this?
