No, but I'm brutally honest, something bullies don't like, mauhahahhha, so, short work. That aside, your dealing with a DEEP-SEATED issue that crosses cultures because it has alot to do with the fact that very few people are confident that they understand reality. So we live in a BIG grey area, were we sort of bounce back and forth between a meaningless exsistence and a meaningful one. This causes insecurities in peoples that make it hard for them to really give a fling crap about other peoples lives. This is the canvas. SO people go thru life with this feeling of unimportance and wrongness, this makes people behave in one of two ways, aggressive or passive. Usually for the sack of conformity we act passive, we just let things slide, but some, get aggressive. Now this explains the bully, but the fact is the passive nature of other indivduals based on their precieved feeling of themselvs and their purpose in life, just makes them feel, it makes more sense just to tolerate peoples behavior becuase it doesn't hurt the bottom line. Besides no one said were soppose to be compassinate, so this forces us to have to tolerate non-compassinate individuals. Its simply because being compassinate is a choice, not a requirment in our cultures. Bullies are accepted because life sucks and people are expected to handle it in their own way. Your middle info there was specking of something, thats bigger, but still based on the same underlining problem, we are not thriving in our cultures were actually just surviving, this makes people more aggressive or more passive.... it well get worse..... espacially when you give to much power to authorites in democratic societies, socialism anyone? or *cough* communism *cough* then we'd know for sure what bullies were.....
