my bag was stolen while out shopping yesterday and i wasnt the only one an old lady had hers snatched from her the people that do this sould be put away and throw away the key what do you think

why should we love thyself? no matter how ugly, we might seem shoulnt we just learn to love ourselves?
When we love ourselves we wont have the desire to put down others in order to feel good, why should teengagers accept who they are?

Should Some Books be Banned from the library? regardless of the 1st amendment. Since some books do contain obscenity, racial slurs and profanity? and it might discourage our children's mind?

I moved from home a week after I graduated highschool to about 3 hours away from home. I moved in with a guy I had met on the internet and lived with him for a year and a half before we broke up.
I then moved closer to home (this time about an hour and a half away.)
I'm graduating in 7 months with my Bachelor's in Psychology.
I have no idea what to do with myself.
I am not in a serious relationship, I feel like I can't live without being close to my family.
I have no goals, no ambitions, no clue!
Please give me something.. some hope... some clues.. something...

A few years ago when I was 13, my friend's dog bit my arm open and my friends parents refused to contact their homeowners insurance to help pay for the hospital bill so my mom took them to court and their insurance ended up paying for the trouble. Mind you, that's what the homeowners insurance is for. Now they didn't loose any money from their pocket, we didn't even sue them, we never took it to trial. I'm 18 now and for years they've been spreading lies about me and my family around the neighborhood. My initial thought was to retaliate with violence, however, I have little kids in my house a lot and I don't want other people to get hurt so I keep letting things slide. Since I was a kid, people have been prejudice and steriotypical of me like I'm just a problem. So many lies about me have been told, I feel like Michael Jackson. Why do they want to single me out just because i run the neighborhood? What can I do besides use gun violence?

I was told by a college professor that when you answer those personality tests before getting hired somewhere and they ask you if you ever stole anything from an employer, if you say no then they automatically disregard your application. What if you are someone who has never taken anything, even a pen, pencil, tablet? Isn't it a shame that we have gotten to be the kind of society where we have to lie to be accepted?

I think they are disgusting, and stupid. Why do we have these over rated eating contests where people stuff their faces with food, while thousands across the globe are dying of starvation? What has America come to?? I mean, honestly, they call stuffing their faces a sport to get money. It's truly disgusting, and ridiculous. Anyone else agree with me?

Last Fri. I smoked more then ever, and I was with a lot of people. We were all kicken it, then all of a sudden I just started screaming and crying help me, and that I was dying, Or getting chased, and then I started writhing and contorting and shaking violently, but then I'd go into uncontrollable laughter. My friends said we should walk somewhere and I put my shoes on the wrong feet. The high lasted about 16 hours. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I guess I had some real dank stuff.

I am angry because every year I have the same freakin kids in my same freakin classes and none of them like me no matter how hard I try to befriend them...Every class I have is, with the same exact freakin ppl so its like we're just one class with different freakin teachers! COULDN'T I HAVE GOTTEN AT LEAST ONE CLASS WITH MY FREAKIN FRIENDS!
And now I am labeled as the freakin quiet girl because I have no one to talk to in my freakin classes...I hate it! And the teachers are freakin evil (shocker) and the loads of freakin work are stressing me...Wow sorry I had to blow off my steam and over use "freakin" lol...

I'm taking the role of someone that is against it for a persuasion in public speaking. I'm actually not against it, but I had to take it because my partner and I both support it, and one of us had to take the opposing viewpoint. The only reason I can think of off the top of my head is that our country was founded on Judeo-Christian values, and that is something that a lot of people hold (To include imposing that on a society to this day). Part of the reason I did decide to take this role, is to add to the kind of points that people will try to use against me in regards to it: A sort of learned ability to refute from true experience on both sides if you will.
I haven't researched it yet, but I was just wondering what are some good ideas to begin with in my search. My outline is due on Friday.

if a white comic makes a black joke or say the n word hes automaticly racist?

why is there a double standard about racism why dont some black ppl addmitt they can be as racist or some times even more then whites in general ?

Apparently 60% of the American population is overweight and half of those are obese. I'm pretty sure that these statistics are correct; why is this so? I find it disgusting that one of the richest nations on earth, one of the few in which good nutrition is attainable, has descended to gluttony and sloth. Millions of people are gorging themselves on cheap snack food while hundreds of thousands are dying every week from lack of food/nutrition in poor countries. I realize that there are some genetic diseases that cause obesity, but seeing as this problem is only confined to America and several other countries (methinks the UK is also experiencing this problem), it is not the main root.
